Shipped something where I dropped off a package and it got lost as the employees there told me to leave the package, and they will scan it and it was never scanned in as it is now lost. And now the company is asking me to pay for the price of the item. Worst experience ever my god. Always watch them scan it and make sure to get the receipt or else you might be next.

I can not say enough great things about this location. The folks here are so kind, courteous and helpful. I went in today with two giant boxes and an Amazon kiosk return. Because of my awful experience at the 47 W Division store I just let the guy know I had an Amazon kiosk return in addition to my counter shipments and he said no problem I’ll take it all here. And he told me to just leave my giant boxes where they were and he took care of them. Seems like a little thing but if you have ever been to the store on Division, you know it is a huge deal. Thank you so so much for your help today. Oh and going here vs. there you can actually get a parking spot in front of the store.

I was so happy and reassured with the service I received here. I am elderly and wasn't sure about returning some items and Grishma was so kind in assisting me through it.Her co worker was assisting other customers as she helped me. I will be returning to this UPS store exclusively!

I just recently was in there to send a package bag to the coach store and one of there employees stole my package and I have my receipt for the package and they wouldn't do anything About it. I will never go there again so everybody be careful with your packages.

I am so happy that we have this UPS store in the neighborhood. The services are always quick and easy. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. They work very fast. There's never wait lines or issues there. I am even happier that now they have those stations where I can scan my pre-paid labels on my own and ship my item. A real jewel in the neighborhood.
