This location is always nice and relaxed when I go in the afternoon/evening. This morning there was an older short guy with no uniform on and he seemed a little more edgy towards the black customers. I noticed the attitude and tone change, I definitely plan to make more surprise visits to see if this continues to happen.

Michael and Willy!!! They brightened my day to say the least. They could not have been more helpful or joyful doing their job. Not what I expect when I typically walk into a UPS store so It was a pleasant surprise. :) I will be recommending this location to everyone!

I love this place. It is in a Greta location for to walk too. Every time I go, the staff is always helpful and nice. The place is always clean and I am always in and out very quickly

I could not say better things about my experience at this UPS location. The team, in particular Zach, goes above and beyond for their customers, making what has historically been a very painful process (international shipping) quick and painless. I called ahead of my initial visit and Zach took the time to answer my many questions and when he was unsure about something he offered to take down my information and find the answer - he even called me back within the hour. I will definitely be returning to this store for any of my shipping/packing needs going forward.

I love coming to this UPS store. The team here is always happy help with anything customers need. It’s a warm and welcoming atmosphere and they all seem to love what they do!
