Very convenient location. People mixed up this store with the one near by, which is UPS access point, that one may charge you for drop off. This is the one in the basement of Swiss Hotel.

Both times I visited during my short trip the staff have been extremely helpful! Shout out to Pavi and Kim today for all their help! They keep that store running very well and efficient! Thanks again!

Somehow they call themselves a UPS store but now want to charge you additional fees to drop off UPS pre-paid labels! What scammers. Save yourself the extra fees and use the UPS Dropbox around the corner in the pedway.
