Be very cautious about the guaranteed delivery date and refund process. Package was delivered late, should be easy to get a refund right? Wrong. After calling multiple days trying to get ahold of the manager he said would he would process the return. After a week i call back to check in. Manager states he did it wrong and will redo. I call back a few days later and get says he forgot again but will do it right away and it will take them a few days to process the request and 10 business days for them to mail a physical check. 14 businesses days later and I finally receive the check for 25% less than I originally paid. Such a scam.

I take no joy in bashing businesses in my community, but the terrible treatment at UPS Store #2745 is systemic.
I own a local legal hemp business in the Southport business corridor called Your Budz. Shipping hemp cannabis through the mail is totally legal and allowed by UPS (see: photo), I ship regularly through a better location (Store #4569 at 4044 N Lincoln Ave).
In my first dealing with Store #2745, they flat out refused to ship testing samples because they were prejudiced against the name of my business (Your Budz). I have avoided them since, but a recent long line at the better reviewed local FedEx made me time conscious. My second dealing with Store #2745 had me mailing CBD cream to a colleague recovering from painful surgery. The clerk recognized me, took my package (pre-sealed) and payment, barely two days later the package was DELIVERED slit open with only the CBD cream content (I disclosed to the clerk) inside removed (see: photos).
There are only three conclusions to be drawn from this. Either the employees are removing items from the packages (morally or immorally), UPS is delivering ransacked packages, or thieves are cutting open packages at front doors on the off chance they like what’s inside and leaving the packaging where they found it.
Character is destiny, and the character of UPS Store #2745 is on full display.

Check my history, I never give bad reviews! Additionally, I’ve always had great experiences with UPS stores, but not today.
I arrive early on a Monday bc I need to print docs that need to be notarized & shipped ASAP. I called this store in my neighborhood ahead of time but was told no Notary is available until Noon. I still needed the docs printed so came anyway. My prints were .15 each but the $2. “service charge” doubled my total. I can afford that I guess, but it was new to me. As I was leaving, the store was empty other than the two employees. I asked the young man, “So your Notary doesn’t come in til Noon, right?” He said, “Actually 11:00. It’s me, but I have to wait for more staff to come in before I can do it.”
I think I would have taken that news better if there was a line of customers & no other employees there. It didn’t occur to this young man that after I waited patiently through a few printing glitches (which I do appreciate he resolved) and paid that $2.00 service fee, he could have said, “You know what, let me knock this out for you real quick.” Then he could have charged me another $5. for the Notary, $65. for the overnight shipping & let me go on my way, prompting a happy 5-star review about the way he went above and beyond. Instead, I’m off to a full service bank for the Notary & likely to a FedEx to send my docs. Missed opportunity to make someone’s day a little easier.

Josh is a rockstar at his job. I stopped in to return a guitar pedal that I got from Amazon, and he had me in and out in about 2 minutes and did everything perfectly

I stopped by here to get a copy of a drawing made, after trying to get it done at several other places (FedEx and the like, all who produced awful quality). Josh was amazing! He did an amazing job and was patient with me when I had several resizing requests. I'm so glad I stopped by here after other places tried to convince me that a better quality scan wasn't possible.

Awesome! Had my daughter bring 5 paintings, I purchased while out of State, and have them packaged and shipped by this Southport UPS store. They were meticulously packaged and all arrived intact. Very impressed with the care and attention to detail. Would highly recommend for your shipping!

Do not use this location for an Access Point. Right before 4th of July I was waiting for a check that was sent one day. UPS redirected the envelope to the access point. This access point only receives 20 packages a day. So their system triggers the access point is full and it never puts your package on a truck for delivery, it then stays at the facility in the South Loop. UPS never sends you a notification that the access point is full & you need to choose another access point or pick it up. I had to end up IMing an agent in India who then connected me to the Customer Service location in the South Loop. Which they then called and gave me a disconnected number to call. What a freaking mess! Yes I had to go all the way to the South Loop even though the original address on the package was my home address.
FYI-If you have an Access Point just on file. UPS now AUTOMATICALLY changes the address to your Access point, even if the Access point is full.
I called the store and all they said was the store was separately owned from UPS and they don't manage capacities of packages received. The system automatically does it.
So it was not their concern.
It's a glitch in their system UPS needs to fix. Customers shouldn't be doing so much work. The original address on the package should be the initial address of delivery then access point upon request. They need to inform customers of system updates & changes.
I am now going through this with a SECOND check.
The store should care because the only reason people walk into that store is to send and receive packages. Do better.

This is the best UPS store I have visited. Donald was efficient, friendly and professional. A very nice change of pace from the UPS store that is closer to my house. Both Donald and Tom were helpful and greeted me both coming and going. Great job!
