I went in with a package that was delivered to our house that had an incorrect name on it. I asked that they return it to the sender so they could address it correctly. The employee said that unless I pay for shipping, they were just going to throw the package out. I was not going to pay as it wasn't my package and I was doing them a courtesy. The package was thrown out with no regard for the sender or the contents.
Also made a shredding appt and the same employee said they were full and they wouldn't take is.
Horrible service from this one employee.

I hate coming to this location. Sadly it’s the only one near me. The old man who is the manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. He makes me uncomfortable to come into this location but unfortunately it’s my only option. The rest of the staff is delightful

I attempted to return an Amazon package at this specific location. The employee insisted that it needed to be packed by the customer. I was perplexed since it was already in the original shipping box. Even after explaining that I had removed the shipping labels as it was a gift, the employee remained adamant. It's best to avoid this location to save yourself the trouble. Good thing there are many other shipping options in the city.

They advertise USPS services at competitive prices.Stamps are 25% more expensive than the Post Office, when I realized it I called and inquired, I told them I will be back to return them and get my money back. When I arrived, the very unfriendly clerk insisted that I couldn't return them because stamps were cash. They could have told them over the phone to avoid a second trip to the store.DO NOT BUY STAMPS AT THE UPS STORE

UPDATE: Horrible Customer ServiceI reached out to customer service. Took two weeks to respond, after I sent 4 emails. Sent me back to USPS - the package is still showing in their location. Zero responsibility. Zero help. But they took my money to send the package. I would never send anything from this company. BEWARE!We mailed a passport renewal application from this location and they lost it. Then, they were very unhelpful in trying to track down the package with the USPS.
