One elder female employee had a very bad attitude and acted like I owed her money. And my friend got hit in his leg by a large delivery box that wasn't placed properly, she saw it but didn't give any apologies for that as they didn't put the large box in a good way!

My UPS attendant, Laila, was extremely patient with me. I had six different packages to return and she helped find them, got the labels and straightened out the mess. I was greatly relieved of stress. I am a senior and really appreciated her help. Please hire more like her immediately!!

I went in to return a fairly large item. The store printer wasn’t working for Amazon returns. This caused a lot of inconvenience to my day. When I asked the clerk where is the next store location?She told me she doesn’t know. Further stating, I need to Google it. Well, if the store is having an issue and this inconvenience your customer; at least have the next store location available. However, another clerk was kind enough to attempt to find another store location but was clueless as well. Management needs to train on second options if an issue occurs and customer service etiquette would be meaningful.

I have been a UPS client/customer at the Hyde Park UPS facility for 15 years plus. The current staff provides exceptional, professional customer service and always with smiles. The consistency of excellence is outstanding at this time in our social environment. They truly respect doing business with their customers. This starts with the manager and includes all of the customer service staff regardless of how busy it may get. UPS should find a way of recognition for their dedicated service. Could also use them as an excellent training model.

This store has really gone down in the last few years. Losing items, giving them to the wrong person or super slow sorting once they receive a package. Most of the employees are very nice (except for the lady with the red dreads who always seems mad and is rude. She must be a family member of the owner). I've been using this store for over 12 years but I am out as soon as my 6-months are up. I debated renewing, but now regret my decision.

I appreciate the staff working hard at customer service. They do well at being patient and efficient at getting customers in and out. Here are some things I would like to see improved:
- stop being so quick to dismiss a USPS label and say it's not your job to scan it when additional information regarding the package will say otherwise
- remove the clutter (I know, it's a small space and boxes are always coming in. Request additional help from higher-ups)
- if staff is present, they should be working, not chatting about non-work stuff in front of customers.
Thanks for considering this suggestions. I'll continue to patronize this UPS.
