I just have to say, the team at this UPS Store are always a pleasure. Every time I come in, I’m met with friendly and helpful service…and that kind of consistency says a lot about the work place environment behind the scenes. You can tell when a place is poorly managed because the employees seem miserable. Not here.
Anthony is truly the best! He’s helped me with returns a few times, and every time he’s been incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. It makes errands so much easier when you know you’ll be treated with kindness rather than an eye roll. I really appreciate this location and the people who work here!

I visit this USPS location 4–5 times a week to drop off packages, and every time the experience is consistently professional and pleasant. The staff are always respectful, attentive, and kind toward customers. I truly appreciate their dedication and service. I cannot say enough good things about Anthony at the FedEx on Cumberland Avenue in Chicago. He went above and beyond to help me with an important document that needed to be notarized. I had never been through the notary process before and was feeling a bit overwhelmed, but Anthony made everything feel so easy and stress free.
He walked me through each step with patience and kindness, never once making me feel rushed or unsure. His professionalism and warmth completely put me at ease, and I left not only with everything I needed, but with a smile on my face.

We went to send some items home from our trip, and Anthony was a huge help to us. The whole team is very efficient and 6 together well. Anthony got us in quickly, even while helping other customers. He even covered the cost of our box since we had a significant amount to send home. The store is clean, bright, and comfortable. We are super appreciative of the superior customer service, and we know our items will arrive safely.

Absolutely the best experience I’ve had with Amazon returns! They are very organized and always speedy and accurate. I use to use another store for my returns and would get emails from Amazon stating I never returned the item due to the store’s disorganized system. The staff here is also AMAZING, just so polite and helpful!!!
