After being treated so unnecessarily rude at the 1245 S. Michigan Ave location by the woman (owner?) behind the counter, I went home and called the location at 17 E. Monroe and told him what I needed to do. He said, Come on in, we'll take care of it. Just left there. Streets free service. Thank Yoi!!

Giovanna was extremely helpful! I travel for work and often send souvenirs home to family. Today I sent five boxes. I needed to buy three, and Giovanna had some spare small ones in the back that I could use in addition to one purchased box (they don’t always have spare boxes but definitely ask if you need one!!)
I love that UPS keeps addresses on file; all I had to do was give each relative’s name and Giovanna was able to look up everything we needed. She was efficient, helpful, and professional, and this made shipping my packages very easy. I don’t always get to have such a nice experience mailing things…thank you!!
I will add one negative which was the store opened about 15 minutes late, HOWEVER it was a Sunday and also St. Patrick’s Day in Chicago, so it’s very understandable that Giovanna may have been delayed. If she had not been scheduled ALONE, however, the store may have opened on time. That note is for UPS corporate.
Overall excellent service at this location!

No one would help me. I wanted to ship my package and a sassy nasty man just stared me up and down and sat on the counter looking at his nails. When I asked what was going on the lady came to help me just to tell me she didn't want to ship my item because it was beer. Since when is that an issue? It isn’t and is completely legal in the state of Illinois. Nasty lazy and didn't want to work. I think the man was racist.
