The good guy helped me with the printing of my pdf form that I needed for my state ID. He was very patient and helpful. I wasn't able to get his name but he was the only person there at around 1030am on July 18, 2024. God bless him. I hope UPS have more employees like him who will go out of their way to help their clients. More power to you.

The staff at this location were incredibly nice and helpful. They knew I was coming from the DMV because I needed documents printed. They informed me which documents I needed and were nice.

There are many things first I have been to every postal service wether it’s usps, dhl , FedEx but ups has been my top choice because of the pricing they provide and how well the package is shipped and the user friendly staff just now I came from ups shipping an package and I made a mistake but the guy there didn’t get angry or agitated by that, he was so polite and he was old too so hats of to him and he should be paid more he deserves it and yes ups will always be my top choice

I regularly visit this location and the staff always goes above and beyond, they also make sure packages are fully secure, and verify shipping information. I ship 10-30 packages here every year and have returned/exchanged Comcast and AT&T cable tv/fiber equipment without hassle a number of times. 10/10 recommend!

Dropped off the luggage in the morning. I guess it was my mistake that I knew what i was referring to with the older gentleman. I told him we were dropping off luggage and he snapped back with "Well, I need to know which company. We picked them up later in the afternoon to a lot nicer guy.

Rude staff that gets frustrated if you have trouble with their printing service and want to get help for it. The printing service itself is basically robbery. You pay for the computer time before the computer boots up and to have everything load takes up the majority of the 5 minute session you pay for (the lowest amount) and could end up paying for more. The staff on the particular day I went was upset I sent my document to their store email to print and not print it myself (was never explicitly stated to me) because the staff forgot the login for the store and couldn’t be bothered to go find the login to get the info so I ended up having to buy another session of time to print from the computer to the printer that’s out front. Spent about $10 to print a document that day.Highly recommend the FedEx print-and-go service as an alternative where you can send a document to FE’s email ahead to time and only pay for what you print when you get your confirmation code which can be done at any FE location that has a printer.
