Store is supposed to be open at 9. 20min after 9 and no signs of life. Picture provided with timestamp to confirm. Phone has been ringing all morning. So much for reliability.

Not having a location here would be of better service to the community and to the employees.
Yesterday I went before closing to drop a package and they closed 20 mins early. Whatever, I went back today and they are on lunch break(ONE hour before close they are on meal break) with no one to cover apparently . The sloppy handwritten note indicated the Amazon return center was also down.
Not that professional behavior is a priority,but perhaps they could have at least PRINTED a sign to display which listed their inadequacies.
This isn't the first time the location has been closed when it should have been open, it's quite routine. The times I have been there and they were open,there are 3 employees that are VERY nice and pleasant and provide great service. Then there are several others that could care less and either are mechanical with no personality or worse,have a bad attitude because you are bothering them.
Why even have a location here? They probably won't for long unless they get a manager or managing partner that knows how to operate a business.

Not a true UPS store and the employees are the worst here which makes the whole experience daunting. They did not know how to do basic things like printing a label or shipping a package and efficiently managed to mess up a very simple process and still had the audacity to say that they are not UPS and can act anyway that they feel fit. If you care about your package reaching on time, not getting lost or generally about your package etc please ship from ANY OTHER store or carrier else you will be spending hours and days sorting out their mess up.
I have shipped from other UPS stores before who have been very communicative, followed the procedures while ensuring the customer is not lied or scammed to, and most importantly ensuring that the package and the customers expectations as laid out of by the agent are met and they failed at each instance of that process.

They helped me return my Verizon Fios devices that I bring with me out of state when moving. Local Verizon stores don't accept them due to no Fios service in the state of Illinois, I'm so glad I found this place. The service is quick and professional, love it.

For whatever reason, at this specific store that is supposed to be for international service, they don't accept shipments to Mexico. On top of that their equipment is so outdated that a simple printing job took a long time to be received by both their email accounts and printers

This location has amazing customer service! I am in multiple times a week returning UPS and Amazon packages. They are always so kind, quick to help and make returning a breeze. Thank you for all you do!

There were 3 people inside the store when I arrived, the atmosphere was mad good spirits, Ms. Ann's Son peeped all the Employees , diversity in the house, and I got the Best service I have had since I brought my marbles to the bank trying to open up a bank account. Yo, ALL 3 OF THEM WAS OFFERING ASSISTANT & INFO FOR MS. ANN'S SON , DAD'S DAUGHTER.
ONCE AGAIN , THANK YOU FOR THE SERVICE THE POPOULS HAS NO IDEA THAT C.S. IS ABOUT DISSSAPPEAR. ,He'll come to Atlanta. Southern hospailty went Diasour years ago. Amen. Ti's spot is where they Get HER Done like Ms. Ann's Son / dad's daughter.
