I had such a great experience at this UPS Store! Bob, the owner, went above and beyond to make everything so easy. He was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating. What stood out most was how he didn’t nickel-and-dime for every little thing—he just genuinely cared about helping me get everything packaged and shipped without stress. It’s rare to find customer service like this these days, and Bob truly sets the standard. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location!
