Last two times I have been here they have not been able to complete Amazon UPS store return. Their scanners don’t work. Won’t even bother coming here in the future.

Employee “Scythe” extremely rude and unhelpful to customers. Refuses to help find solutions to problems and told me I had to pay more or go to another store to do a return. Embarrassing.

Stay away from this location as it's no longer affiliated with UPS. It's just a mailbox rental facility. The current owner hasn't paid the rent and UPS pulled the franchise.
Find a different UPS location!

The UPS store scanner is still down one week later. I asked the young lady over the phone when will it be back up and I was told I don't know, it a legal matter.... Like really. Still shopping for a UPS Store with a working scanner.

Absolutely will waste your time. They said their computer system has been down for 2 weeks, which is so absolutely incredulous, that UPS should shut the store down

Went into this store and it was open the employee was super polite it's a nice quiet clean place but the reason I came in was because my car got booted now this isn't the stores fault but there was nowhere else to park on the street (Friday afternoon)
Anyway paid the boot guy $170 kinda scamy and predatory but I had my kids with me groceries in the car and it was 90° out so that sucked its more on the property owner I guess but good luck finding them it doesn't seem like this store cares about its reviews anyway so here you go

They don’t print shipping labels, so don’t go here if packages/returns aren’t printed, packaged, and pre-labeled!

Stopped in on 07/10 at around 6 pm. One guy in a UPS apron just stared at me, with no greeting. The guy behind the desk was on a personal call on speakerphone. That was the worst experience ever. How is this place still open?

CLOSED!!!!! YOU CANNOT SHIP FROM HERE!!!!! Usually I don't do all caps, but people keep coming here to ship packages and keep getting turned away. Worst management ever. It changed hands about a year ago and the new owner has run it into the ground. The old owners and staff were amazing and beloved by the whole neighborhood. The new owner lost their contract with UPS for not paying dues. They are holding their customers hostage and won't refund money to those who paid several hundred dollars a year to have a mailbox here. What is worse, is that the employees have been instructed to tell customers that that "the computers are down." It's never going to reopen, UPS doesn't want to be associated with such negligence and blatant disregard for consumers.

The store is not open during posted hours. Today is July 5, and they have a sign in the window saying they will be closed on the 4th for the holiday but will be back to regular business hours on the 5th. That is a lie.
Several people, myself included, showed up thinking they would be open at 9am (posted hours for a Friday are 8:30am), but the door is locked and no one is inside. If you’re going to have additional closures for the holiday, make sure you have signs posted informing customers. This was an inconvenience.

Do not go to this location!! They do not open. We have tried arriving during the listed hours but nobody is there and doors are locked. This location is basically closed down.
