Last two times I have been here they have not been able to complete Amazon UPS store return. Their scanners don’t work. Won’t even bother coming here in the future.

Employee “Scythe” extremely rude and unhelpful to customers. Refuses to help find solutions to problems and told me I had to pay more or go to another store to do a return. Embarrassing.

Stay away from this location as it's no longer affiliated with UPS. It's just a mailbox rental facility. The current owner hasn't paid the rent and UPS pulled the franchise. Find a different UPS location!
