I went into this location the other day to purchase packing supplies and ship a parcel. I was the only customer in the store. A surly staff member rudely told me ("didn't you see the sign?") that I was not allowed to package my item inside of the store- with packing material I was planning to purchase from them! I asked another UPS location and they said that this is not a normal rule. I would avoid this place.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This location is 5 minutes from my apartment but I now walk an extra 20 minutes to a different UPS so I never have to step foot in this store again.You're not allowed to tape your box closed unless you step outside of the store (???). They charge you to print out your UPS label. Right now you actually can't print anything, because their printers are broken. Boxes are routinely piled in front of the rental mailboxes, preventing you from accessing your mail.The final straw came after standing in line for 20 minutes, when they announced that they would no longer be accepting packages (at 2:30pm) because there was "no room left in the store".If there is a worse UPS location in Chicago, I haven't found it.

Not worth your time. I had to correct the employee on an address I was sending something to multiple times and he acted as if I was bothering him. He got frustrated with me each time I corrected him, which was about 4 or 5 times. The envelope that I shipped ended up experiencing a “shipping delay” and didn’t have any tracking update for multiple days. The only thing this location is good for, is dropping off Amazon returns.

Personally, have never had issues with the staff - they've always been extremely courteous to me and why I'll bump this up a star.Everything else, including equipment, is an easy one star and all-around mess. If you need to print something, go elsewhere because they've been waiting for repairs for multiple months. Returning something via QR code? System is down every couple weeks.At some point, this location needs to get everything in order consistently. Unfortunately, not sure the incentive since they're the only UPS Store in Logan.

Literally always a bad experience here. Elderly worker is very slow, needs everything repeated multiple times. My LIGHT package was not weighed before I was given a (highly inflated) quote, only measured, so I walked out and the dude said nothing.EDIT: I was quoted around 30 bucks at this UPS. FedEx rate was 17.27, USPS 11.60. So yeah, maybe weigh packages before quoting customers

This place is the absolute worse. As a young Black woman they consistently refuse to print labels when I ask.

I’ll go out of my way to go to any other UPS despite this one being a 5min walk from my home. The last few times I’ve gone in there’s a line that snakes around the entire store, their computer system(s) are always down and you can no longer print anything since their equipment seems broken more often than not. I feel for the employees - most try to hustle the best they can despite all these constant issues.With all the negative reviews, you’d think UPS HQ would invest in this store since it’s in such a prime location. Hopefully one day.

This location used to be quick to drop off packages, but recently there's been a line out the door and employees standing in the back texting. If there's another location near you I would go there. This location is being mismanaged.
