Without a doubt the friendliest and most convenient UPS I’ve ever been to. The people working here are so helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. I’ve been here a few times now and they make even international returns a breeze. There’s also a parking lot and I’ve always found a spot even during rush hour. 10/10.

I LOVE my neighborhood UPS. I’ve been going here for over 2 years and felt the need to share how much I appreciate the staff. It’s a morning routine with my dog to grab Starbucks and do all my returns at least once a week.

Normally I have a very positive experience with the staff, but the young lady today with the pink/ purple hair was patronizing and a terrible listener. Not helpful and almost insulting. Very disrespectful young woman

HERE'S SOME USEFUL INFORMATION.I paid almost $50 here to send an envelope 2-day air. When I tried to track it, I couldn't and called them. Their explanation: "You didn't give us your email." I explaned they didn't ask me for my email. Their response: "You should have know you needed to give us your email. It's too late now, but next time add your email to the order."Next time? Next time I'll use the friendly FedEx on North Avenue, like I always do. Skipped it this time because the lot was full and I was in a hurry, but I won't make that mistake again. Quality and service are worth waiting for.Update: It would have been nice if UPS had actually read my posting about this location before sending an automated response (see below). Something like: "We have instructed our employees at this location to always request the customer's email." But that would have taken a commitment to customer service.
