I am writing to address a critical issue regarding a package I was supposed to receive on Friday. As an international student, this package contained my work laptop, essential for my internship, which commenced on Monday. It is now Tuesday, and I have yet to receive it.
Despite waiting by my building’s door all day yesterday and leaving a note with the building access code, I received false updates indicating that the delivery destination was vacant. This is unacceptable, as I was there specifically to receive the package.
Attempts to contact customer service have been futile. The automated system incorrectly claims that my tracking ID is wrong, preventing me from speaking to a representative. This situation has severely disrupted my career, as I cannot start my internship work without the laptop.
This is beyond frustrating and entirely unprofessional. The delay is not just about the laptop's value but the significant impact on my professional responsibilities and career.
I demand immediate action to locate and deliver my package by tomorrow without fail. The service I have received thus far is wholly inadequate and far below the standards expected of UPS.
I expect prompt resolution to this matter.

Terrible. Made an appointment online for a notary the day before, arrived and told there is NO NOTARY AVAILABLE!?!?! Are you joking? Pathetic, never going here again.

Coming to this location has not always been easy... However I'm leaving this stellar review for Dennis. He is quick, efficient, and has an amazing attitude. Best employee I've met here by far. I had to drop off a package with some items from a loved one who passed away. So when I came in I wasn't feeling too great. Dennis is incredibly knowledgeable and I felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing with this very important package. Thank you!

I had to drop off a package that needed a side to be sealed. They wanted $2 for a couple strips of tape! I never had this issue at FedEx and other UPS stores. I’d advise you to go to another store.

One of my favorite postal offices! The workers were efficient and friendly! I always spend less than 10mins on their busiest days! Continue doing a great job!
