Stellar customer service! We had a super tight turn / last minute print request for an event that came up. Not only did the team at this store come through with flying colors on the print job but Dan went way above and beyond to get supplies ordered in that saved us a ton of time once we arrived in the city. Couldn't be happier with the service we received!

It is easily accessible and the service is quick and simple. Everytime I was there, I never had to wait for long to get my work done. All the employees were respectable and helped with patience.

“It’ll be cheaper if you print at the computer.” Lies. Those dinosaur computers. Get like fedex and let people print from a print via emailing the store email. Saves everyone time and money. So dumb.

I have been utilizing the UPS store on Taylor Street in Chicago for many years now. Each and every employee has been stellar throughout that time! They go out of their way to be helpful and efficient! I highly recommend this particular, UPS store above all others.

Had a P.O.Box with them for 5-7 years while we lived in the city, moved to another city in Illinois and had to cancel the services, in order to get my mail forwarded , Dan the manager asked me to fill out the form and send an email with the new address so they could forward my mail for the upcoming first 6 months. I used to get at least 5-7 business letters a month to my P.O.Box (tollway charges, tickets, trailers plates registration renewals etc), but not even 1 letter was forwarded to me since I moved to my new address, Dan was saying same thing that they did not receive any letters , but Illinois DMV told me that all 6 trailers registration renewals that they mailed to my old P.O.Box came back to them, same with the first 2 months of the bank statements and so on. PLEASE be careful when moving out and asking to forward your mail , you won't get it!!!
