The older guy who works there is extremely rude and aggressive! He raised his voice at me when I asked him to notarize a document for not understanding it correctly. How rude and condescending for someone who’s never done the process before. avoid this store at all costs. He is rude and I’ve been in here before never had an issue till I ran into the grinch who works here. I will be reporting to the main office you do not treat paying costumers like that. enjoy ur 54¢

I forgot to tape the box shut on an Amazon return customer packing. The gentleman is nice enough to tape it up for me when I dropped it off.! Save me time and money even though I offered to buy tape insisted on helping!

Owner or whoever the cashier is is very rude. Lectured us because we didn’t know we had to tape a box like we were children. If you can find a different UPS store I would go there and avoid this one.

This facility is a joke if I could give it zero stars I completely would the fact that they will lose a $700 packages and give you no guidance then explain how they are a franchisee owned privately, but bought the UPS name if UPS is a franchise then they need to make sure who their franchising two and not just allowing anybody to buy their name this is a complete joke The manager of this facility is a complete joke

I would be embarrassed with all the negative views you got for a UPS store. I was gonna bring my package there until I read all your reviews. I would be disgusted if I were the owner....No way in hell I would use your store & i don't know how any was does with all those negative reviews

I always have an excellent experience at the UPS Store, especially when Toriana is working. She’s consistently helpful, attentive, and makes my visits so much easier. No matter the task, she’s always there to offer assistance with a smile, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about providing great service. It’s such a pleasure to see her whenever I shop, as she makes the whole process so much smoother. Toriana truly goes above and beyond, and I appreciate all her hard work!

Please be aware, this UPS store charges $2 to print your label. The UPS clerk explain to me that this is upon the discretion of every store owner to decide if implementing such fee.
Other than that service was good and quick.
