I live 1 block away from this UPS Store and today was a reminder as to why I don’t go here. Instead, I drive to the UPS store on Lincoln and McCormick and will happily continue to do so.
I walked in and there were two employees laughing in my face. One helped me out with processing my Amazon returns and the other stood there looking at me and laughing the entire time.
Prior to leaving I asked if they can dispose of my empty cardboard box. “No sorry we don’t have space”. What? Ridiculous.
I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time I was in there.
Will never come back.

Sent my parcel today and had an excellent service. This will be my store from now on. Dan is expert on good customer service. Good ambience in this store.

Friendly staff but deceptive and predatory practices. My old UPS store I could print what I needed for $0.60 on my own. Now they tell me that the computer is down and because of that, they charge me $3 on top of $0.60 for the single piece of paper? No wonder this is the lowest rated UPS store in the area. Hot garbage

Horrible customer service from the younger girl working at the front. No greeting and not approachable. This evening around 3:50pm. First off when you return a Amazon package they don’t require you (the customer) to package anything! I’ve been retuning things for years at UPS with no issues. I returned a screen protector that didn’t work out for a tablet, Amazon sent it in a thin white box that’s it she questions if it was sent like that? Really? It’s a screen protector they aren’t going to send it in a fancy box. What was she expecting? Her energy is completely off and she needs to make a readjustment when assisting customers. Yes, it’s just a shipping store but please don’t do what’s not required or ask for something that’s clear.

Went to UPS Store #6048, Jim greeted and asked what I needed. He informed me about the pricing and the difference between its delivery day. He was all helpful and informative. I realized I forgot to include one piece of document and had to call ahead. Jim was kind and helpful to find it and wait until I went bk. I went back to the store and it was all ready. I was in and out of the store in a jiffy. Thanks, Jim.

Made a return by mistake I was so upset at myself,a couple hrs later I called to see if I could retrieve my item, Jim and Paul went above and beyond my expectations! I thought it was too late when at first they didn't find it but they took my info down and said they would call me back no matter what! Again that was amazing in it self, I already felt ok even if I didn't get my package and had to recorder. They called me back! 30 min later they had the driver look for it as well if that's not exceptional service I don't know what is! They called me back and my dumbself went back to pick it backup I was so happy. Ty again.
