Multiple of my packages have been stolen or sent to the wrong address hence me always getting someone else’s packages/mail. Says delivered but hasn’t been delivered. They must have no requirements to work at this location. I’m sick of it. I hate even living over here.

Wasn't able to even pickup a package. Went to the front window to learn there's a separate pickup window for two specific zip codes and had to buzz a bell over there. Go and do so. Wait for almost ten minutes, buzzing the bell again after 5 minutes. No assistance. Had to leave without the package, writing it off as a loss.

U can't get no one to answer phones the automatic is terrible. We haven't had mail in weeks. I haven't received my daughter death certificate delivered yet. No regular mail at all soo sad. They really need help and better poster workers that care. I don't wanna give no stars ⭐ from me period.

Went here to mail something because a nearby post office was closed—was a little worried because've the reviews but the employees were very helpful and fast. Had a pleasant, easy experience and would come back.

The phone rings several times, no one answers, then you hear a fax tone.I need to track a package that should have been delivered on Sunday, and was marked as delivered on Monday. The package must be invisible, because I don't see it.

The worst customer service in my life. I was told they would not deliver my mail and are returning all of my mail because I won’t add my name to my mailbox never mind the fact it has my address on my mailbox. When I requested to speak with another associate the other associate walked off and stated she is taking her lunch.

The lady at the counter had a machete and started cutting my fingers off and when I asked her to stop, she showed me to a room with a giant blender with people inside. She made he get inside the blender and then said if we don’t all finger each other she will start it. 5/10

I handed my package to the woman behind the counter and it slipped right through her pale translucent fingers! Would give this place five stars but some guy with horns on his head tried to grab me and pull me into the walls.
