Processing and delivering 47 percent of the world's mail, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and constantly innovates to make customer experiences better. Customers praise the excellent customer service and the pleasant and professional team members at the local Post Office™ at 1510 E 55th St. Despite the constant stress they have been under, particularly during the height of the pandemic, the clerks are appreciated for their kindness and efficiency in getting customers in and out quickly. While some customers may come in unprepared, the clerks are commended for their patience and guidance, even allowing customers to cut in line when they need to complete their preparation. One customer had a particularly positive experience with the clerk Kenya, who was unbelievably nice, guided them through the entire procedure, and even stuck the stamps herself for a pre-paid envelope.
