It's not as bad as others say, the person inside has a launch break, if someone is not there. The hours could be better but it's far closer than going to Halsted.

This place is empty so great for dropping of packages don't dare ask for nothing and you be good lol

Their all good except their hours. They are impossible for normal working people to be able get there within. They just changed the PO box pickup times to close an hour earlier.
