They cancelled my credit card without telling me. Why? They flagged a purchase for possible fraud. I told them it was legit. They canceled it anyway without telling me. So I had to find out by having my card rejected at a restaurant.

I've never really thought about customer service when it comes to a bank. But if there was an award for it, this location would win. Everyone that works here is so attentive. From the minute you walk into the door you are greeted by an associate. Also, I feel like I never have to wait in line. Because the moment that a line does develop, out of nowhere an associate pops up next to me and asks me what I need and takes care of me right then and there, regardless if I made it to the teller or not. Its like the Chase Bank Genie! So do your money transactions here people!

My favorite location. The staffs there are very welcoming and friendly and are always available to help you. They're usually just walking around the room just in case you need help. The ATM machines are not next to each other. They're spread apart in the room that way we can have more privacy.

1st they lay off tellers and make business accounts wait in longer lines and now they won't count your change. This bank has the WORST customer service. I'm so fed up I'm closing my personal account (wish I could close my business account too, but it's not my business).

This was my go-to branch. Pretty much by default though, since it was in my building. However, everyone is so nice! I kinda lucked out! Whether you need to make a quick deposit or speak to a personal banker, they always make sure you don't have to wait! They even have a coin machine to count all your extra change free of charge. That is extremely convenient! Who wants to pay to get their change counted at a grocery store? I would have given them 5 stars, but this is a bank after all!

The service here is actually pretty good...I mean, it's CHASE and I can go in here and not want to smash things! That's saying a lot. This branch is in the same building as my office, it's super convenient. They hire a lot of cute guys with gel spiked hair who type with furrowed brows. I have a crush on a super Chad-like Assistant Manager(?), yes his fingers are itching to pop his French blue button-down collar and he obviously streaks his blonde hair...but I don't have to respect you to flirt with you! Besides, now I get my laundry quarters without waiting...it's the little things ;)
