Pretty cool store. Lots of stuff but not as much as online. A great variety of shoes to try, but missing the boots and sandals (but that's probably just because it's getting colder). Everyone was very nice and helpful, the service was great and I tried on lots of stuff with no problem.

Our experience was welcoming and enjoyable. We visited during the Chicago Marathon weekend and were able to purchase a couple of T-Shirts with specific designs for the event. The staff on the door and during customisation were nice to speak with and made the visit pleasant.However they only have one non-working escalator (no stairs from what we could see) so you had to wait for people to finish going up/down the escalator to use them.

Why pay employees there when they don't wait on customers? I wasn't asked one time if I needed help. Store vibe was lackluster. Do me a favor and make your location self check out, because the humans that "work" there are useless.Walked out and brought merchandise from the Adidas shop down the street. Now THEY know what customer service is!

Great staff - but rather frustratingly was sold two right shoes instead of a pair.Now back in the UK and no one can help.USA say can refund as uk cc was used. UK say they can’t help as purchased in the USA. Spent $111 for nothing. Pls help @under armour Chicago!

I didn't take any pictures.I want to call out Kayla and Kevin.Kayla (hoping im spelling it right) helped me as an indecisive shoe shopper purchase shoes that were stylish, functional, and so comfortable. Her ability to show kindness and compassion with what I'd call difficult customers who were interrupting our conversations was impressive.When you enter this store...its an experience. Kayla held true to that. She made sure everyone had a great experience.My check out experience with Kevin was also fantastic. He was also very personable and helpful.

It was my first time in that store. Very clean. The prices weren't bad at all, for the quality of fitness clothes . They had a lot of sales and promotions. They have a special discount (20% off) for nurses, doctors, and firefighters ?

Great location on Michigan Ave. People are friendly and helpful. Lots of products to choose from. They even ordered an item for us when they were out of a size we needed on one of the items and had it shipped to our house. Great service.
