I popped in to Purchase a few make up products this past Saturday afternoon. Was immediately assisted by multiple staff members. Excellent service thank you to Noah and Romy for providing me with some excellent skincare advice and products. Noah provides excellent Skincare and make up information and advice.

Hi my name is Patricia and the person that help me today is (Markia Bolden) I'm so glad I came to this store today. I was nervous asl too scared to ask for assistance to help pick my birthday makeup. But then I built-up enough courage to ask and they sent markia bolden to assist me with my assignment and that Is to find concealer, contour, foundation and blush. I have to say she have done excellent Jon with my face and I love how she is funny sweet and patience with me. And ps I love our conversations she deserves to get promoted or a lease reward. Definitely coming back.

Ulta salon was recommended to me 9 years ago. I was fortunate to meet Nichole after a few visits. She is and will continue to be my hairstylist for as long as she is available. When I first met Nichole I didn’t know much about hair or makeup. She recommended hair styles, color and products. My hair has never looked better. I constantly get compliments on its color, condition and style. I give Nichole ALL the credit! I show up with my hair a hot mess and she sends me out looking and feeling like a star! But it doesn’t stop there. Nichole not only recommended makeup products, she also showed me how to apply the makeup, cleanse and moisturize. Nichole is very accommodating with her schedule and gives honest feedback. She’s kept me from making some horrible hair decisions. I trust Nichole 100%. I can go on and on about how great Nichole is but I’ll end by saying SHE is the best thing that has happened to Ulta because I almost stopped going there before meeting her. She’s the reason I continue going there regularly for my hair, makeup, products, and awesome conversations!

They literally will take the so called "declined" inventory for themselves without it being marked as missing inventory, because customer has paid for it multiple times . Cashier was very rude to me and made me feel uncomfortable. She acted as if she didn’t want to provide me with the best prices and was not helpful at all with me finding was to utilize my rewards account. I would recommend customer service training.

Went here today and Shayla was my cashier, thought a coupon was supposed to apply but unfortunately I failed to read the fine print and it did not. Shayla, Emma and I believe a manager kindly explained me to where I misread. Excellent service !!

Got followed around the whole store with my friend while trying to shop. I ended up leaving out of frustration and anger that they kept following us around to each section we went. It was near closing time and no one else was there. Employees were acting like we were going to steal or something smh.

I was shopping in the area and decided to get my eyebrows done. Being my first time ever, I was extremely nervous. I looked for the nearest brow service and was surprised that ULTA offered this. I called and was able to make an appointment with Mia C. When I arrived everyone was friendly and Mia was amazing. She listened to my concerns and eased my worry about having too much brow taken off. She checked in throughout the process and asked me if I liked it or not and made the changes I wanted without hesitation. I have another appointment with her and even though the store is far (25 min drive), I am happy to do it. Don't think twice when booking with Mia, she's great!
