I went to this place for the first time,and the people who work there are so nice and the one lady helped me trying to find my right shade of the elf halo glow and I had to get foundation too and it was $34 only for 2 things but Jackie the cashier was so nice ,and she spoked Spanish to my dad and English to me so she's so kind and nice but it was my first time going here but the place of the inside was so beautiful like it felt like I was in a whole beauty room

I live about a mile away and always come in with puppy. Everyone in the store is extremely friendly. Jose is the best - he is very knowledgeable about the product and trustworthy when I ask for recommendations. I always come back because of him. He is super friendly to my dog as well which is a huge bonus.

I had the best customer service experience ever today! Milagra and Jose took their time with me to give me suggestions on an eyeliner i was looking for that they didn’t end up carrying at this location. They found something for me that would work for my needs. They listened when i was asking questions on foundations, they took everything i said into consideration and matched me with the perfect foundation. They gave me tips on how to apply it and did a demonstration on me on the spot! I didn’t come into the store expecting anything i was just going to wonder and find something to try and take him. But having been approached by kind employees who genuinely cared to help me find the perfect products literally made my day. Shout out to them for all their help and making this shopping experience memorable ❤️

Went in there before I went into work and honestly it was just me basically having people hover over me the entire time because they assume I’m going to steal I’m guessing? Perhaps learn not to be in peoples personal space and following them every two seconds when they’re just looking around because y’all were not following that white lady in there! It also was a mess in there maybe focus on cleaning up your stuff instead of following POC around the store ?

The staff here is insanely rude. I came in to get my online order picked up and the woman that was working the pick up station was so rude to me. I don't understand working in customer service when you have no type of customer service skills. This entire Ulta is just a mess and if you can avoid it and go any other Ulta in the city, I think you should. I don't know who's managing this place but it's a complete disaster.

The last few times I’ve been in this location has been a mess - entire product lines completely out of stock. I used to stop in for the convenience, however, they never have anything in stock! It’s feels like it’s been ran through.

When I come to the store to do my hair the price of blow out was 44 $ but the hairstyle changed the price to 120 $ . This doesnot give any sense. The store must changed this can of altitude with customers this is not fair .
