I waited an hour for a full service car wash. I did not recieve my spray wax even after I brought it to their attention that it was not done. They half washed the truck and didn't even wash my side mirrors. The workers at the end (vaccumers and window people) was totally unprofessional. They talk, played, and smoked majority of the time. Once someone told them they were moving slow that finally got to my truck and rushed job it. I will never go back. This was my first and last time there. Sucks I will continue to go outside my neighborhood for quality service.

This is my go to car wash when I'm Chicago. Their service is very professional and the environment is clean. They show great hospitality by offering free water, coffee and donuts â¤ï¸. Now who wouldn't want this type of service on top of an extremely clean vehicle. Love them!!

Very Nice & clean Comfortable environment, Customer Service was Great they where nice & friendly, My Car was washed to perfection! And for a fare prices. Oh & my tire Shine lasted for 4 Days Literally! They gained a customer for life!

Friendly Staff, Clean waiting area with complementary water, Coffee & Donuts! I had a small scratch on my Truck & they had a guy on site to hand buff It out & They hand waxed My truck It looked brand New! I had my 2 toddler daughters with me They watched The Disney channel the entire Time So that's a plus for me,It's safe to say It's very family friendly! I will be back once a week from This day forward.
