Quick & easy! I wish I had known about TravelVisaPro before I flew to Chicago for an in-person consulate visit!

Stop & breath: do you really need this? The service at the Chicago Passport Agency is so much better. Why pay for a third-party. I canceled my order after getting confusing and contradictory instructions, wasting an afternoon at the post office for an appointment I didn’t need, and getting the runaround when I canceled my order. They took $79 from my refund: meaning I paid $79 for wasting my time, doing extra paperwork, getting more stressed than I ever needed to be. Chicago Passport Agency was so smooth and easy taking care of emergency travel: take a breath, do you really need them?

Don't use these people. It's a complete rip off. They tried to get me to pay $2k for my passport. If you need to get a passport fast, try your very best to get an appointment with your official local government passport agency. They allow for urgent passport travel appointments and you'll get your passport the day of... and it won't cost a mortgage payment either. Hope this helps!

We were very nervous about getting a passport in two weeks time, but Travel Visa Pro was WONDERFUL making sure everything was in order. They went above and beyond to communicate with us and we couldn't be happier. Passport received. Annalyn C was a pleasure to work with. Professional all the way around.

TVP saved us by helping with a very last minute passport for our daughter. The cost was high, but the customer service was incredible and they delivered the passport within 7 days of starting the process. I very much appreciate their follow up, responsiveness, and thoroughness throughout the process. Highly recommend their services if you are unable to go through the normal process with the Passport Agency!

The help provided by the support staff was the best support I've ever received. The attention and care to the matter was excellent. Double checking all paperwork before hand to avoid any delays. They went above and beyond and truly saved the day. Received my renewed passport in under a week. I can't thank Travel Visa Pro enough. In particular it was Anchinlou Pillo. Words can't describe how excellent her service was. Unbelievable!

Stellar communication and team, even if I didn't egt a passport with them!I sent an email at 8.30pm asking if they did same day passport and how to schedule an appot in Chicago. I got an answer 5 min later from the CEO and the National Executive Support Team, both being super honest and telling me it took 2 days, and giving me info on who to contact to get it done!I have never seen something like that : taking time to answer someone who is not going to be their customer, and taking extra time for answering back again to the customer. Huge thank you to Kestutis "Kest"Gregeris. Small things, but it made my so-far-pretty-bad day better thanks to his generosity and help.

I can't recommend this service enough. My boss had to get a visa for Saudi Arabia, which is pretty difficult to obtain. Aftet working with CIBT Visas last time I went through this, and having a terrible experience, this company was a delight. The instructions were clear, the service was fast, and the customer service was great. Also, it was cheaper than CIBT, and you didn't have to spend the extra money on a "concierge service" just for the privilege of having the same person to talk to throughout the process. I highly recommend!

Though I had some problems with this company initially, they worked hard and expedited my visa to help me.

Travel Visa Pro was fantastic in helping us to get our visas for China. We had to wait for a formal invitation from the Chinese government as my husband was getting paid. The invitation was very late, and, needless to say, my husband and I were very nervous! Ruta in the NY office was very helpful -- she is very knowledgeable and kept us from getting too anxious as time got shorter and shorter -- we called her our "visa therapist." Once the paper work from China arrived, Ruta got the visas processed in just a few days, and they arrived at our home in Massachusetts the day after they were processed at the consulate. We could not have done it without her help. Thank you!

Travel Visa Pro was very helpful. Their online chat quickly answered many questions, and reversed a charge when I realized I could save money by providing my own prepaid return envelope. I recommend them.

No business is without fault. This 5-star rating is not to persuade you into thinking that this business is the exception and that you will not have any issues along the way. This rating to talk about what a company does, once there are hiccups. The topic of my review...Ruta! Ruta is the customer service representative that popped up on the "chat with a live agent" screen on their website. I must have asked a 100 stupid questions (and I'm a seasoned traveler, but I'm a chicken to send my passport across an ocean without me). But she answered them all with a great attitude and sense of humor. Then comes the hiccup. Let me just say up front that she was totally right and I was just a nervous Nelly. I thought she was wrong about a certain topic and it made me uber nervous because I am on a tight schedule. So, what does a nervous traveler do? We make changes on the fly that we think will rectify it, but end up making it worse, especially since it was right in the first place.I called the office, sent emails, the works and within hours they had gotten back to me and fixed the whole problem. I will update my review once the whole process is completed but if the beginning is any indicator of what is to come, I suspect things will go great. When you can't go to a consulate yourself, the extra fee and having it handled by a 3rd party is soooo worth it. Thanks Ruta and the Travel Visa Pro business.Disclaimer: I received no offers of goods or discounts for my review. This is my true experience!Update: My visa was processed very professionally. There was a miscommunication (I believe it was a little bit of both our faults) but regardless, it happened. They worked with me and were very polite and professional and they were great. However, as a customer, when things go off script, I believe that it is the job of both the company and the customer to find a fair ground with both parties walking away feeling as if a fair compromise was made. I asked if the company would be willing to refund 50 percent the cost of shipping (since the miscommunication was on both sides). Not because it was a large amount of money, but because I sent my package with enough time to get it back and now, if it is delivered on time, it will be just in time, if not, I won't make my flight. This is an inconvenience and really nerve wrecking. I was offered 40USD off my next service. But I don't foresee using this service any time soon. To refund 40 dollars is not a deal breaker for anyone, it is principle. It tells me that they are a partner in my inconvenience and troubles. However, I will not downgrade my rating. They are still a great company. I have no doubt that using TVP would still be the best solution for anyone out there that cannot get to a consulate yourself. Not everyone will have the same issues as I had so I would not deter anyone from using their company. I am just disappointed that instead of simply refunding 40 dollars they made it a credit. It's principle, not money for me.

In order to get to Brazil I needed to get a visa. Originally I decided I would just go to the consulate since I'm not too far, but miscalculated my timing due to Chicago traffic. I arrived with 20 minutes before they were to close and had not brought with me a cashier's check which you need to get from USPS prior to applying, and also hadn't filled out the application. So I looked up Travel Visa Pro and went to the office not far from the consulate. Vaiva was my aid and was absolutely wonderful. She made the process painless and extremely easy, just asked me a few questions and helped me fill out the application and I was ready to go. If I would have known the ease of this service I would have saved myself a trip to Chicago and gone through this in the first place, especially since the cost you pay to use their services would have probably been less than what I would have paid for gas going down their to apply (at the consulate), and returning to get the visa a week later (also at the consulate). It takes a little longer to process, maybe a few days more, but they will send it back to me and I will be ready to rock. Also there is a fee but some people might be too far to drive so using this service is very convenient. If you happen to go to this location get Vaiva, once again can't stress how great she was in dealing with this process, especially because there was stress in the travel/getting around the city/and the consulate only being open two hours Monday-Friday (are you serious?) Whomever her supervisor is should be extremely thankful they have someone with her excellence on their staff. Very good agent, very good experience.
