AVOID THIS TOYOTA.

The service here is either malicious or negligent. They improperly diagnosed an issue with my climate system and they were going to charge me >1400 for parts and labor. Turns out when I got a second opinion from a neighborhood shop the part was perfectly fine and just needed a couple hours of electrical work - which I had asked the dealership if they checked that and they had given me a really vague (now I know bogus) answer. The dealership wasted my time and money and I feel I was lied to.Will never return here but I guess at least I found an honest and much closer neighborhood shop that I can rely on.

Usually when you go into a Dealership to buy a new car you are dreading of the amount of time you are going to spend in there. Fortunately for me, I got to experience buying my 2023 Toyota 4Runner with Tony Bedolla, he made it so accommodating and understanding of what we really wanted. Tony exceptionally went beyond our expectations and made it very seamlessly easy. I really recommend ANYONE who is looking for the "right" Brand New vehicle . Go to Toyota On Western!!! Tony will get you RIGHT!

2 VEHICLES AND ALMOST 20 YEARS LATER, CUSTOMER SERVICE & LOYALTY COUNT FOR NOTHING AT TOYOTA ON WESTERN!!I have been a loyal customer and had no complaints until 8 months ago when I had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Nick, one of their seasoned guys in the service department, disrespected me in a manner that would have elicited violence from almost anyone else. He did so in front of his co-workers and other customers. I reached out to Albert Ochoa, their manager, and he said that the situation would not only be rectified, but that they would provide both myself and my wife, who had to drive me to the location SEVERAL times because, as part of my horrendous experience, I was told to come pick up my vehicle at 5:45pm, but my keys were for some reason locked up and unavailable well before that time causing us to have to return again the following day.Despite that experience, and mainly because of the manager's seeming dedication to ensuring that Toyota on Western customers are respected, I returned for my next routine service last week. I even sent the manager an email the day before reminding him of his promise of reparation to restore good faith. On the day of service, I arrived to the manager and several of the employees bickering back and forth, which stirred up even more feelings than I was already experiencing walking back into that place 8 months after my trauma (yes, it was that bad).I received adequate, but somewhat robotic, service from Nick this time suggesting that he may have recalled our previous interaction. At the time of payment and retrieval of my vehicle, he even maneuvered my truck from between two vehicles with dead batteries. How and why it was put between them is a question for another time. I felt both foolish and deceived when I saw that no gas had been put into my car NOR was there any discount or even acknowledgment of the absolutely unacceptable experience that one of their long-time customers had been put through!!! This one is not on Nick, this falls squarely on the service manager, Albert Ochoa. I will be taking both my next Toyota purchase and service needs to another dealership. Having been at Toyota on Western as a customer as long as I had been, I am still unbelievably disappointed in this entire ordeal.

Upon calling for the new vehicle availability they did make sure it was not spoken for so I could at least have an opportunity to buy it. But then with zero pause says how do you want to buy it. I replied I have no idea what the price is. He says it's $53,495. I ask what the MSRP is and here is where the salesman starts backpedaling. Oh we don't charge MSRP. We charge $4,000 over. Ok who buys MSRP? Or who buys over? I reply I'm not interested in paying more than MSRP. He says ok we can put you on a list and let you know if we will ever sell you......so I'm now blocked from buying the unit. I get no numbers or trade......why would this type of sales guy be allowed to work there? Is this a representation of the company? If so, probably one of the shadiest and nastiest places. Run away from this dealership

I stopped bringing my vehicle for service at Toyota in Western because of exactly what I experienced today at 2:00. I have a nail in my tire and The key to my wheel locks was not working for some reason. I contact their service office and explain my situation and was told that to replace it was free. This info was not correct. The price to replace them was not my issue. My issue was lack of acknowledgement as I was standing in the doorway looking at approximately 6-7 employees ignoring my presence. Not even A simple hello and we will be right with you.

Make an appointment to change the oil. I have made an appointment on the phone and asked about the price. When I arrived at Toyota in the morning, He was told that without checking the brakes, if I wanted to check, I would spend money on tires rotation ,I've had my car serviced for over 10 years and no one has ever asked me like that . The gentleman is too rude in number one

Based on my experience, I have to give five stars and double it to ten. What more can I ask? Very lucky! My first call was with the service manager Alberto. He explained the details of what to do in the situation like I was experiencing and Alberto, Nick and many others worked like a great team. They are polite, kind and they followed through every promise they made, charged me the minimally necessary, and even went ABOVE and BEYOND to reduce cost knowing what I have been through. Not only the new catalytic converter was restored, but I understood my car more, oil, fluid change, the car got a new life. I knew my car was happy there. Not only I am super grateful, but I know that God will bless their service, and each one of them for their kindness! Thank you! BTW, they provided great shuttle service at no charge, my car was super clean, the 13 year old battery was replaced, I truly appreciate the attention to detail. The car was there for 9 month due to the national back order, they took SUCH GREAT CARE for the car. Here is a bit more detail:My Prius's catalytic converter was stolen 9 month ago, since then my car has been through two Toyota dealerships. I called five. I had to move my car due to the dealership change stories after got me in or asking for excessive work, some suggested welding, it became confusing and exhausting for me physically and mentally having to move the car multiple times. So I just randomly search Toyota dealership and ended up calling Toyota on Western. The call with Alberto was short and sweet, about five minutes, I decided to move my car to their location. Glad I did! Alberto was straightforward, very educational and professional. It was from him, I finally understood, why welding the catalytic for the Prius converter is wrong, and I am all for doing the best for my car. I was uplifted, and relaxed after Alberto took my car in. He also move the car from time to time to keep the break in good shape, no amount of money or compliment can be exchanged with such genuine help and willingness to do good. I am smiling, and feeling very thankful!

Purchased my car here a few years back. I bring it in for maintenance. Staff is friendly and quite often coupons have been sent out to save some money.

I reviewed their cam footage also. It wasn't clear and they kept on saying that a rock chip caused it. The entire crack cannot appear on its own during the oil change service. Never againInspect before you go there. Careless. There is no question that this happened during the service.EDIT: FALSE OWNER COMMENT: THERE WAS A CRACK WHEN I TOOK THE DELIVERY. LIES!!
