We had Touchstone replace the carpet in our entryways for our condo. They were friendly, professional, and the carpet looks great. So happy with our choice.

Touchstone group is the most unprofessional real estate management company I have ever come across. The managers are unprofessional, uneducated, and extremely rude. Real estate agent is the most disrespectful unethical Realtor I have ever come across. The unit I moved into in Chicago was the most unkept I have ever experienced in my life. There was mold in the refrigerator, mold in the dishwasher, mold underneath the sink, mold and my son‘s bedroom closet. When I came to view the apartment, there were no lightbulbs in any of the fixtures, so I did not realize the lights were in operable. The shower in the master bathroom was operable. The bathtub was malfunctioning. And the list goes on. Please stay away from this Real estate company. The realtor was so dismissive of my concern I have never been more insulted in my life. if you are looking for a management company do not choose this company they do not take care of your property. it this summer in Chicago we have been experiencing 90° days and I still have no functioning air condition.

I highly recommend Touchstone. Working with their agent Jack Doyle was a pleasure. He was very professional and had great knowledge of the market where I sold my house. He gave me several strategies for pricing and marketing the house and clearly explained the costs and benefits of each strategy. He has great communication skills and was always available whenever I had questions or concerns. He went above and beyond my expectations. He was proactive in making sure everything went smoothly after we accepted and offer that was over asking price. I would not hesitate to recommend working with Jack Doyle and Touchstone Group Real Estate.

I worked with Nick G. to find an apartment for my boyfriend, myself, and our large dog. I originally found a Touchstone Group apartment on Craigslist, reached out and toured it but wasn't sold, and ended up working with Nick to find the perfect place for us. Nick was incredibly helpful and friendly, which really made us comfortable throughout the whole process. Overall, I'm so happy with the apartment we are moving to - it has everything we needed AND most of our "wants." Will definitely work with them again in the future and will be referring all of my friends when they look for apartments! So grateful for all the help they gave us.
