Worse customer service! Girls dont know how to handle angry customers due to the lack of communication among one another for repairs! One moment one says this the other says that! They dont follow the request a customer comes in for they rush their work! Got my chain back and the lock is beyond loose as well as my husbands gold lock chain too! idc how long they been in business THEY ARE THE WORSE AFTER A COUPLE YEARS IN!

I handed Torres Omar Jewelers a cherished rosary that belonged to my mother, hoping for a respectable restoration. To my astonishment, the artisans at Torres Omar went beyond the call of duty. Not only did they meticulously re-craft it in 14 karat gold, but they took the painstaking step of molding every single piece to achieve an exact replication. The end result? A piece of art with impeccable craftsmanship, echoing the profound memories tied to the rosary. My gratitude to Torres Omar Jewelers is immense. Purchased two custom pendants with the links. The day I picked them up, the lady handed it to me literally broken as shown in the first picture. She then took it to the back and it seemed as if they were able to mend and put it back together. Within the month I noticed the ‘R’ once again tilting off, and not standing up right. When we took it back in, the lady said they could fix it, free of charge this one time (as if it was my fault). When I went to pick it up 5 days later, there was no difference but them cleaning it. When I called to speak to someone, they said nothing could be done about it since my husband already signed off on the pick up slip. If I wanted to have it fixed a whole new pendant would have to be ordered. The audacity to say a brand new pendant would have to be made and purchased for a mistake that was never caused by myself! I have reached out to their management team multiple times and have yet to hear a response. It’s a shame how downhill this establishment has gone since my whole family has been a customer for 20+ years.

Being new to Chicago I’ve never felt so warm from the time I stepped into an establishment the way I did at Torres. The door lady was so respectful and communicated about the wait time for an available associate. I was greeted by Crystal with a lovely smile & her dedication to fixing the chains assured me I was in the right place! She informed me the pricing and wait time and I couldn’t believe how inexpensive they were to fix! Once I arrived back at the shop I couldn’t believe how great they did! You can barely tell where the chain broke and it makes me happy to know they saved my chain I’ve owned for years!! Thank you for also fixing my friends grandfathers chain as well, you guys are amazing!

Overpriced. If you know about gold and price per gram then you know this place is a rip off. They have a Cuban Link bracelet for 8,200 on their website. The bracelet is 59 grams and machine made lol. $138/gram? Crazy. 8,200 for 59 grams? They really think that’s ok smh. Avoid this place and shop elsewhere. If you’re interested in Cuban link chains/bracelets avoid machine made.

My fiancé and I recently had the pleasure of visiting Torres Omar Jewelers for wedding bands and it was an awesome experience. The staff were knowledgeable and attentive, answering all of our questions and making sure we felt comfortable throughout our entire visit.What really stood out to us, however, was the personalized attention we received. Crystal & Charlie took the time to listen to what we were looking for and provided us with options that truly exceeded our expectations. Anything we wanted they could customize, which was amazing.Overall, our experience was outstanding. The staff, selection, and quality of the pieces are all top-notch, and we would highly recommend this jeweler to anyone in the market for a special piece of jewelry. We will definitely be returning for future purchases, and we can't thank the team enough for their exceptional service.

On feb 23 2023 I came in Omar shop thinking I was going to get a sales or something nice I was looking at all the merchandise and there was some I liked and didn’t like I ended up perchasing a charm with a necklace and I got ripped off I tried getting my money back but they was just tryna give me store credit I wouldn’t recommend anyone here at all I got ripped off I took my necklace to another spot and they told me the the chain was worth no more then 200 with the charm and necklace I’m so upset and mad idk what to do ???? I got my receipt and all never again I ended up spending 625 with a 70 dollar taxed I just wish they would really be honest on there merchandise and sell it for what it’s worth not scam the customers really sad
