What can I say about this place. Tops & Bottom be one of my go to store since I was knee high to a grasshopper. The prices may be a little extra. but that's just how the roll. It's a Love/Hate relationship with me.

I bought a pair of shoes online and I was excited about it it said a fast shipping I should have received the shoes with in 3 to 5 business days especially since they where shipping from Chicago to Kansas City. 2 weeks pass and nothing. I check my email no shipping label no email about the product or anything. I called and finally got some one they told me that there was an issue with the product and they didn’t have any more of my size in that shoe. They would give me a list of shoes tgat I could exchange them for for the inconvenience. I’m like okay it happens let me check out the list. They send the list I chose the shoes and let them know witch once these were a little bit higher in price but I’m guessing that it’s in the list of shoes they sent then there willing to eat that price difference because they made a mistake. Noo they wanted me to pay for the difference for there mistake.Now here’s the thing if they would have reached out and told me a couple days after purchase that there was an issue with the shoe and that they didn’t have my size if I wanted to shop around and get another pair and pay the difference I would not have minded paying for the difference but I had to contact them to find out what’s going on 2 weeks after worth and they want me to pay for there mistake… that’s terrible costumer service. Idk how the store is ran in Chicago but there online department is terrible. I don’t recommend any one buying online things are late or they don’t show up and there is no communication from any one about your order.

STAY AWAY. Super sketchy company. Received a pair of shoes that did not fit well so I decided to return/exchange them. At first they seemed very willing to help. Well they did not have any different sizes for the shoe I wanted so I said I would like to proceed with a refund which originally was offered to me. That is when they switched it up and said my item doesn’t qualify for a refund even though the shoes are unworn. They then proceeded to ghost me via email so I tried calling and kept getting a full inbox instead. One time I got someone to answer and as soon as they picked up and I explained why I was calling they hung up. Keep in mind I already sent the shoes back and had to pay $15 dollars for the shipping! Total rip off of a company.

Found them via a Google search in Feb 2023. Was very skeptical. Asked some people on a blog and 2 people said they were legit. Fast fwd 5 months later, July 2023 I ordered a pair of sneakers from them. The customer service was unreal in a good way. I'm in NYC and I believe they're in Chicago or some Midwest city. Fast fwd to November 2023, a coat popped up on their website and I didn't hesitate to reach out to them. The cost was a great price but I wasn't sure the size would fit(pause). What I like about their customer service is I texted them and they call immediately. I told Jared that I will go check to see if the coat fits in my city then call you back. I checked, it fit and Jared sent me an invoice immediately. He was even willing to hold it for me but I told him I'm paying for it right now. Then he was telling me about other deals he had in the store right now as well as sent the actual item to my phone so I can see it in real time. I will NEVER hesitate to use them all the way from NYC and I will hope Jared will continue to support me how he's been in my last interactions.And they shipped the same day!!

Horrible Horrible Service Reached out to this company twice in regards to my order. It took almost two weeks for them to let me know my order was defective and due to it being the only size would I like a different style. Do NOT waste your time! Shop from somewhere that's more reliable, reputable, and that can actually fulfill your order.

I'm going to be honest, I thought I was going to get scammed. I live in Kentucky and never heard of TopsandBottoms, and the purchasing via email is a little strange. I purchased a pair of Nike pants for a tracksuit, and then the top was out of stock at Nike so I had a weird pair of powder blue pants. This was the ONLY place i could find with it in stock so i gave it a shot. It came in within like 5 days, new with tags, packaged well. I'll shop here again. Nike moves some things off their app quickly, and this place seems to have a ton of gear.

Terrible they sell fake not authentic products! Dealing with customer service is impossible! They tried to push these as authentic such a joke the soles had black dots and the shoes were missing Jordan logos.

I will not return here and spend my money!! I have been trying to buy one shoe for 2 weeks!! First they send me a email with a discount soliciting a sale the coupon would not work!! I called store they declined to honor coupon, stated I cannot use it. Now I leave a review. Get a call back stated they’ll honor the coupon just change my review!! I did as they requested!! Waited 4 business days placed order on Monday Oct 9th, checked status order, no updates & still has unfufilled on Friday October 13th. Store really is janky as hell will not return!! If my shoes don’t ship I’m doing a Instagram/Twitter/YouTube review on buying from this store with their outdated invoice policy!! I will not be editing my review going foward if item doesn’t ship I’ll dispute it with my bank!! Done and done with this company!!

I have never had such a poor experience with a raffle! I was selected, Tops and Bottoms called me while I was in a meeting. I called back 20 minutes later, explain the situation, and they told me that they would call me back in 10-15 minutes after he speaks to the other department on the matter. 2 hours later, no call back. I call again for the same issue, after some waiting, I receive an apology, the rep confirmed that I did win the raffle and told me I'm guaranteed the pair upon payment. Then I am told that a supervisor in the "other department" will call me to confirm my order and payment details within 24 hours. I wait 24 hours, no call back. I call the next day shortly after the 24hrs and spoke to another rep, who proceeds to tell me that my raffle win expired because I waited more than 24 hours to contact Tops and Bottoms! Are you kidding me!? I inform the rep how I called tops and bottoms several times shortly after the missed phone call from them and was guaranteed this order, and no supervisor ever called me back for it either. The rep just said sorry bro, I guess better luck next time. Never using Tops and Bottoms EVER AGAIN!!! I hope anyone reading this follows suit

Trash onliine sellers, beware anyone reading this. On amazon they appear as A1 ONE INC. Don't buy from them as they will not fulfill your oder if they're no happy with the resale price. They just take your money and give you the run around for a few weeks. Has happened to alot of buyers. Incompetent sellers like these should be banned from ebay and amazon. Thank you for not answering amazons email, it'll make it easier to ban you as a seller in the future. Next time don't post shoes and articles you don't have. And if too incompetent to update your online inventory then you shouldn't be selling anything outside your sketchy store store front. Don't buy from any of these ppls stores. They sell fake stuff too, once again not bc they want to, just bc they are incompetent.
