Western red cedar installed looks nice. Installation was too quick. Post holes were filled with minimal cement, rendering a wobbly fence that won’t hold up for years to come. Was promised posts would be spaced evenly to prevent ripped boards, but didn’t happen. Was supposed to be a privacy fence but spaced apart too much

Terrible customer service and communication. Gary missed a scheduled appointment on a weekday, committed to following up with an estimate over the weekend that never happened, then hung up on me when questioned his song and dance. I'll take my business elsewhere., maybe you should too.

I’ve been waiting three years now.My railings need repair they’re calling it. The shoes on the bottom of the post needs repair new shoes. Like I said I’ve been calling for three years and I’m getting oh you know Covid held us up this that and the other. Will Covid’s gone or under control when am I going to get my repairs.I called today August 17, 2023 was on hold for oh bad 15 to 25 minutes. Supposedly he has shoes in stock. I don’t know why you didn’t call me. Very poor customer service. I’ve been happy with my sons. I was happy with the install. However I’m not happy with their customer service. I’m at my wits end. I don’t know what to do. Sorry I had to write this negative review but maybe it’ll create some attention. Thank you Scott, the owner of Top Line Fence.

Had an outstanding experience with the team from Top Line Fence. Estimator Phil visited to give an estimate and provide options. He was right on time. When we settled on the materials and provided a deposit, we were told the installation would be within the next few weeks. When the crew arrived, installer Kyle was easy to work with and did outstanding work installing a 6 foot vinyl fence with reinforced concrete and re-bar inserted. I have not seen other fence contractors use this process, and that certainly sealed the deal for me to use Top Line. In 2017, they installed a chain link fence on the property and it has held up very well. Use this company and they will not disappoint! Thanks to Kyle, Scott and the owner for outstanding work!Service: Vinyl fence installation

Had an outstanding experience with the team from Top Line Fence. Company President Scott visited to give an estimate and provide options. He was right on time. When we settled on the materials and provided a deposit, we were told the installation would be within the next few weeks. A few days later, we learned the installation crew led by Manny would complete the job that Friday. Manny and his colleague arrived on time, removed two old, falling apart fences and prepared for installation of the new fence. This was done in one day! The crew returned that Saturday to install the door. We are thrilled by the caliber of the work, the on time service and fair price. Highly recommend Top Line Fence.

They came, they installed, they got paid. They're friendly, clean and complete. I had a 62' section of chainlinked with privacy strips for $3k+. A bit pricy but that's seems to be the same with everyone. So far, so good, no complaints. 5 stars.

As others have indicated they will not return for repair service. Installed motorized parking gate that now doesn’t work.

Top Line gave me a good price for a 6ft wood fence, but the installation was of low quality. I have a sloped yard, and instead of cutting boards to length, they used 6 foot boards which resulted in huge gaps all along the bottom of the fence. I had to personally install ugly filler boards along the bottom to prevent dogs from easily crawling under the fence. In the quote they noted they would remove the old fence, but they left the old post cement blocks in the ground, cutting the posts off at ground level. This detail was not clarified in the quote. For the gate installation, instead of digging out the previous post near the house, they just cut off the old post and fastened the new support post to the house with concrete fasteners. The fence hinge was installed too tightly and the gate slams into the post. Now the fasteners are coming dislodged from the home and the gate will fail soon. I called Top Line to give them an opportunity to remedy the gate and they said they would come by and look, but never showed up and never contacted me.Service: Wood fence installation
