For quality service at this facility they don't even care about the customers. These people are joking. Nobody helps you when you're there and also they have damage materials and are sailing them with no problem.

I had a great experience at this location yesterday. I needed assistance with a kitchen remodel, and Matt Rodriquez was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. I'll be coming back to this location and to him for future projects.

I had a great experience today! I came in with some faux boxwood tiles that I had purchased online from HD. I had struggled to put them together & I was seeking assistance. The first employees I came across were Lali & Vic (Slick Vic). They were friendly, totally willing to help me and fun! Vic was able to snap together the tiles and Lali helped me find a staple gun and reminded me that I needed to buy staples for it. (I would have left the store without lol). She was patient & picked out the perfect staples for the gun. These two made shopping & repairs easy and again, fun! A great Friday project now in full swing. Thank you!

Sweet older lady near the garden section was very helpful in helping me looks for rodent spray. I didn't even ask her for help first, she saw that I looked confused and came up to me right away. Super nice. Also great plant selection today, got a new monstera plant that I hopefully won't kill

We ordered windows. The windows recommended were the wrong size and wrong type as said by their installer!! Their installer refused to install them and after months of trying to work with them with terrible customer service they said they were not going to change the windows and just wanted to install them and fill the spaces left over with wood. Martin Goetz is a terrible person who harassed me and my wife for no reason and refused to give us our deposit back. Terrible people!!!!!

I went to Home Depot with the purpose of buying one thing that I needed. when I got to the register the sales clerk first asked me if I found everything I needed okay and I said yes. Then I pulled out cash to pay and she said, "If you want to pay with a credit card you can get more items". I stopped and looked her in the eye incredulous...And then she said, "They tell us to say that" Omg. I have never encountered this kind of blatant sales pushing. And seriously, did she expect me to say, "Omg, I never thought if I used a credit card I could buy more! That's amazing. I'll be back with a cart full in 30 minutes!" Anyway, the idea that Home Depot is actually training their employees to say this kind of thing, makes me never want to shop there again.

To be more respectful to the customers and polite . I found them very rude and harsh to the customers. Disrespectful behavior is not acceptable when we spend our money.

What a disaster. I didn't want to go to Home Depot in the first place because I don't like this store. But when I went to Lowe's a few weeks ago I couldn't find what I needed nor anyone to help, and I was in a pinch and this was the closest. But it was a mistake. I looked around for someone to help me and couldn't seem to find anyone. When I finally did find someone who had a Home Depot apron on, I asked him if he or someone else worked in the plumbing section (where I was); he said that the guy who did work in that section was down the next aisle with some other people. And then he continued on his way. I waited near the plumbing salesperson but gave him and the customers he was with some space--perhaps a mistake, as it was not great when, after he was done with that couple, a man cut in front of me and the plumbing employee chose to help that person first instead of asking the new customer to wait whilst he helped me. Fantastic. Perhaps what was worse is that the plumbing person clearly knew nothing about the products that were in this section. I can't blame that solely on him; if Home Depot wanted to have informed, helpful associates they would train their staff, pay them well to retain them, or both. It's like they picked someone off the street, put them in an orange apron, and set them loose. I showed him a photo of my shower and was asking about some drain covers, of which HD had about a dozen different ones ranging in price from $3 to $30+. Since they all had the same dimensions I didn't know what might make a difference in them. The dude agreed they seemed the same and said that he would just buy the cheapest one. Some were slightly different, though--they looked like they were to be drilled in because they had holes for that and I explained that if I put this in my shower that it would be sitting several inches above the floor, rather than flush with the floor of the shower. I showed him the photo again to show that there was no drilled holes in the shower so that clearly wouldn't work. He just handed me a $3 one and I left. I honestly can't believe it's cost effective to have employees who have no knowledge of anything. Checkout sucked too. I'm not sure if they have full-service checkouts or if those are only available for professional accounts only. The self-checkouts... were confusing. They had hand-written/typed signs saying "assisted" covering what probably once said "self". I'm so curious about what made them decide this was necessary. All self-checkouts have at least one employee overseeing the bunch of them, but I wasn't assisted in checkout at all but was in line behind at least 10 people. It was more than that, but that's as far as I could count. Luckily the line moved more swiftly than I ever would have expected. And this had nothing to do with service but just a general gripe that this visit was October 1, and they had a huge Christmas section near the front. The Christmas section was more than five times larger than their Halloween/fall section. Silly.

Great store to shop at recently. There seems to be a positive transformation in the past couple of months. Must be new management or something because the staff are much more attentive, items are stocked, and much much more organized compared to recent times. Impressive!

I had to pick up a door that my customer ordered and it turned out to be the wrong color for our original order. It was the customers fault. The door was also the wrong size, also a mistake from the customer. I wanted to exchange the door while still at the store for a smaller sized storm door. I had Kelley help me out and she was polite, courteous and professional. She got me taken care and I was happy with her help. She went above and beyond.

I ordered 4 sets of mirrored doors custom. It took 3 times back and forth to get the proper sizing and then after install, the installer Ziedonis Rusins, installed the last one in the bathroom and ripped off the stone baseboard and left it laying in the closet on the floor with all the wallboard material all over on the floor and closed the new mirrored door. That is not what i call quality. i had to call my contractor and have it redone and cleaned up up for $ 140.00,. I called and emailed home depot asking for reimbursement and they never answered me.I called Mr. Rusins for the same reason and no call back or reimbursement. i would not recommend these people.
