Had to wait 3 months from the date of purchase for the actual installation. I was working with the Oaklawn location. I was told 6-8 weeks. They were not communicating with me, and I truly hate having to make several calls because no one has time to follow up with an unhappy customer. The delivery date for the door kept getting pushed back. I was finally told the doors I ordered had parts on backorder. I get there is a war that affects certain products, but waiting 3 months for doors is a bit much. I even tried to reason with them. Hey, give me a door the same size, similar look, already built. I just want my doors! They tell me that can't be done because the manufacturer is building the door. I said they've been building the door for 2 months. Don't look like it's getting built to me! They gave me a 10% discount, which to me was a slap in the face considering how long I waited. They said that was all they could do, I doubt that very seriously. But at least I dealt with the same person so I didn't have to play ring around the call center to get some answers. But then when it came time to finally install the doors after waiting for months, they didn't pull ALL of my doors to the side for the installer to pick up. So, that turned into 2 days off from work. 10% off. Then, the installer does not seal the interior of the door. What?! "That's not something the installer typically does." That's not a complete install! Why the heck do I have to pay for work just to have to go back on top of that work to do more work?! 10% off. Un-friggin-believable! I would never install through Home Depot again! This was a simple project. I can't imagine how it would've been for something bigger. Would I have to seal my toilets or grout my own tile after the install?! 10% off. For all the trouble, there should've been a bigger discount. Not happy with the process at all! Oh, and I still have to paint the door.

This store is disgusting. I used to see mice, now it has rats. The workers called them cats and said they are out especially when they open the store in the morning. I've complained to management several times. It's unfortunate that I am forced to go to an alternate store beyond my neighborhood. Such a shame!

This is our regular Home Depot. Today we were assisted by VITO. He went above and beyond with a smile and provided excellent customer service. Great work guys.

Good store, convenient location but parking can be challenging especially if you're building lumber or any large format items (have to use elevator to go to the 2nd floor parking, or bring an extra person to stay with the cart at the loading area while you bring the truck downstairs)

We went to go see the carpet at the flooring department and Hope, the flooring specialist was excellent. She took her time to find the product of carpet we needed for a quote and installation. WE ARE STILl working to get the installation set up, but she sent us samples to see what we like. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and tentative to our needs. We were in good hands with her. Hope is somebody we recommend to work with if you are in need of carpets

I will literally change this to a 5 star review if you'll TURN OFF THE CREEPY A$$ CLASSICAL MUSIC in your parking lot. It sounds like a broken possessed radio and genuinely is creepy. I thought it was just on that one time but no. it's been on EVERYTIME. Why. What are you trying to do here. Stop. Besides that, great Home Depot. But that music gots to GOOOOOO!

There isn't a ton to say because it is just another Home Depot but I don't understand all of the terrible reviews. This place is fine for what it is. It's clean, organized, and if you ask the right employee they are knowledgeable. This is a super busy area around the store so make sure you are going in with a plan. They have parking!

I would not recommend shopping at this Home Depot store. On two separate occasions I have purchased an item in the store and set up a home delivery and when it came time for my item to be delivered my item was no where to be found. The store sold the same item twice. The first time this happened. I purchased an outdoor door in the store and set up an home delivery and installation. When the delivery/installation person arrived at the store to pick up the door, the door was no where to be found. The store clerk informed the delivery/installation person that the door that I already purchased at been sold again. By this time the door I originally purchased was no longer in stock and back ordered. I had to get a completely different door in a different color, and my installation was pushed back several weeks. The second time just happened today.I purchased a new grill in store to be assembled and delivery in time for the Memorial Day weekend. The night before delivery I received a delivery confirmation text. Shortly after I got a call from the store clerk stating that they no longer had the grill that I already paid for and they had to order a new grill that I would not receive until after the holiday weekend. They informed me that I could purchase the upgraded model to be delivered. Why would I purchase a more expensive grill because the store double sold the first one. I will no longer be shopping here. Since twice ( in two different departments) the store has double sold my purchase, this appears to be a pattern. This is unacceptable!

It's a Home Depot so it's difficult to write about. THEY FIXED THE ELEVATOR!. Regular patrons will know what I'm talking about. Be sure to download the Home Depot app which is well done. I've always had good interactions with the staff. It'd be nice to not always have to search around for help though.

Recently, I went to homedepot to buy things because of the house renovation. When I was buying paint, Alice patiently explained to me what kind of paint I bought, because I didn't understand at all when I bought it for the first time. The service was very good. She was very patient. , and a staff member named Deon H helped me solve the problem, and a staff member named Mario Villalobos answered my questions very patiently, because I bought a shelf that needed to be cut, and he patiently followed up with I said that if you are not sure, you can ask them to help you cut it. They are very patient. I think the shopping experience here is very good, and the after-sales service is also very good. Leslie. The staff helped me solve a lot of problems! thank you all!

Horrible, unprofessional staff that gets mad at customers for being in the store at 5:57 pm when the store closes at 6pm. Then get mad at customers who are waiting to check out, loudly going back and forth with them and arguing, and just standing around complaining instead of opening more registers.

Would give zero stars. Ordered a dishwasher that went on back order days before a scheduled delivery date, then arrived broken, then was noted to be broken morning of before delivery the time after, and on the 4th s he duped delivery it was delivered only to be noted to be leaking on installation. This is 4 days that schedules and work had to be arranged to have someone here and 2 months without a machine that was picked because it wasn't on back order. No offers of any help or compensation for this. Tried to talk to store manager and was hung up on. Please don't put yourselves through this!

I was shopping for paint supplies and Kyle was so very patient and helpful. I was able to stay in my budget by buying paint that had been reduced due to return. Thank you so much because paint is sooo expensive. To add to my really Great shopping experience I was directed to the Manager Angelina who assisted me futher by helping me get a better price for an partially used item. Thank you so much Angelina for your help. The only downside to my experience was I was initially parked in the garage and the escalator and elevator was out. I'm a senior and going down is ok, but that's too many stairs to go up, especially when carrying heavy items like gallons of paint. Fortunately, I came downstairs and saw a person pulling out one of the spaces in front of the store and I was able to get it. So, everything worked out. Overall. It was a great shopping experience.

I have just made my last visit to this store. It is obvious that Home Depot has decided this location is not a priority. No cart; very little stock; long line at checkout; no staff in entire departments. The elevators are slow and the escalators aren't working. (If there are stairs for customer use, they're no well marked.) Things have been going downhill here for a while, but I have finally had it.

Man this store is so sh*ty is not even funny. I was on hold for 30 minutes like I'm calling a 1800 number. Imagine a rep (mason) coming on the line every two minutes to stay on hold. Like wow I don't understand the point of hiring people that don't want to work and do a decent job! Such a crappy store I'm going to Loews for now on
