The customer service here doesn't even deserve one star. Everyone is so unwelcoming and unwilling to work with you. I came with a tax exempt number and the lady in the self check out section was so rude and had the worst attitude. If you don't like helping people or don't know how to talk to customers don't work customer service

Easily the worse home depot in the Chicagoland area. Trash all over the ground in the parking lot and the workers are useless.

Really I'm not picky with staff or I'm expecting a excellent service But that Home Depot suck 100% Accept couple workers that trying the best the rest of them are totally bad Disrespectful, no care what's up , no way to help if you need something ect I went to Nile's Home Depot and I thought I was in a different planet The managers or whatever must do something

Business as usual, there welcoming, friendly and helpful. It ok when you coming to buy small stuff but it when you buying stove and dryer the big stuff that when you have problems they mounted the stove to close to window melt the blinds I was told fire it hazardous, call try to get the worker to remove it from being so close to they said no, now we buy a dryer from here the worker put sliver or duck tape on everything I don’t him to use clips he refuse then use that duck tapes on everything few day later all that mess came a loose call the store try get somebody help I got hang up the girl on the phone didn’t know nothing I had to go store buy a clip and paid a family hood the dryer up right. I paid for insurance not work out with Home Depot.

OMG! I can't tell if this is a employee performance problem or an overall organizational problem but this place needs work. I shouldn't have to circle the WHOLE store for assistance for a worker to tell me "I don't work in that area find someone else"! I got frustrated walked out and decided to place the order online for in store pick up. Another BIG mistake. I shouldn't have to wait 45 mins to pick up an order that was supposedly ready. The only thing that delivers good customer service is the minute key kiosk. Do better Home Depot!

Customer service sucks nobody knows where anything is everybody's in groups on their cell phones never asking "do you need help with something." And NOTHING IS EVER IN THE RIGHT PLACE. WORST HOME DEPOT IN CHICAGO !!!!

I'm at the curbside pickup area and there are people just using these spaces as regular parking spaces. It is clearly not enforced by management that these spaces remain open for customers that want their items brought to them curbside. Every time I come here, it is like pulling teeth to get anyone to help me in the store. However, today there was 1 spot open for curbside pickup. My item was brought out quickly, and the gentleman was very sweet. I appreciate it when anyone tells me to stay safe. It's the little things. Likewise, kind Sir. Be safe as well!

My family buys mulch from Home Depot every spring. I Went in to purchase red mulch with my mother today. After checking out the different brands and prices we decided to try out the rubber mulch since it's supposed to last longer and the price was the same as the wood mulch. The sign read "RUBBER MULCH" and the price tag on the sign read "Vigoro Red-Colored Mulch 3.33 (3.00 Bulk)"... When we checked out, the mulch rang up for twice the posted price. The clerk was friendly and understanding. She called a manager to check the price. Two men arrived and we showed them the signage. The black gentleman went to check something and the Latino man stayed behind and started trying to feed us lies saying that the price tag wasn't wrong and they weren't done setting up and they were going to put a second tag on the other side of the sign... We were prepared to purchase the wood mulch if the store wouldn't honor the posted price, however I absolutely do not appreciate being lied to as if my mother and I are stupid. I will not shop at a dishonest and disorganized company. Home Depot lost a customer today. We went and purchased 10 bags of mulch from Menards instead.

No carts inside, exits doors by carts locked shut due to "Covid-23"? 30+ people in checkout line, as I'm picking up 12 ft lumber moved through line little cattle to self checkout by a chunky Puerto Rican whose crack doesn't belong in pubic. When did waiting in line become so popular? Thank you 2020 manipulators, breadlines soon to come!

Love Love Love Home Depot! I could shop in this store all day, they have a variety of everything needed for your home, I love the home plant selection and the flower pots, it's a place you can get what you need. Go check it out, you will be glad you did.
