I normally love Tony's but need to get this annoyance off my chest. I just bought a lottery ticket and the machine cut it in half. I didn't scratch anything off and took it to their customer service. I was not refunded my $1 even though I did not get an actual whole ticket. It made me feel like even if it (which of the two tickets that I got part of?) was a winner they would not have paid it out, which I don't know because they never showed me whatever part of the ticket they decided was apparently not a winner. It was only a dollar but the principal of it really upset me. /endrant

I went to this location today and spent over $100 and with the customer service I received I won't be going back for a while first I got meat from the deli only to wait several minutes for someone to assist me (I was the only customer there) both of the workers talked amongst themselves even after seeing me standing there then when I was checking out I paid for my bill using a link card to be told I had a balance for what said for a pillow Tony's doesn't sell pillows the employees tried to tell me I would have to rescan my whole cart but all they had to do was void out the remaining balance so I just paid it I wish there was a way to leave no stars because after today's visit I would have given that

wow the fact that im leaving a review for a grocery store. the deli person that opened today was as slow as a SLOTH. i got there at 7:45am with 2 people ahead of me (1st person already being helped) and left at 8:10am—and it actually would’ve been longer, but their coworker literally made my order and handed it to me before the 2nd person got the rest of their order. no sense of urgency! people have places to be, please do better

All around Great assortment of meats veggies fruit (tropical assortment also! very fresh) friendly knowledgeable staff in all aspects of TONY'S Always specials available at affordable prices... Wide variety of ethnic foods Great deli...All around a satisfying shopping experience $$ Above all else you must stop in TONY'S bakery!!! Just looking at all the beautiful bakery specialties including multiple old world items that make you think you're in Grandma's kitchen as a child again well I simply can't find enough wonderful words to relate how much like myself you will feel like you've just found your idea of heaven on earth where your most guilty pleasures of pastries strudels cakes cookies and so much more especially where you will find a. Wonderful assortment of delicious multi ethnic treats Please feel free to use your imagination how about all of the delicious delights that I have told you about here at TONY'S bakery section! I will be there myself today as soon as TONY'S opens! (also not forgetting the other great general shopping list items that I came in for!) I my opinion TONY'S is a example of how great shopping can be...Mrs. Margaret Richko ♥️

EDIT: I only ate one thing yesterday and it was a rotisserie chicken and salad from here. I have been on the toilet since then. This happened also when I got their grilled chicken and chicken salad. There seems to be no regard for freshness of prepared food.
I come here three times a week and use self check-out and the girls act like they hate me. Literally scowling. I don't need people to be fake nice at me but I live here and work here and it's extremely unwelcoming. The supervisor with the short hair is nice, the boys are usually nice, the manager with the uniform is friendly. I can see that the other employees work hard and are always stocking and cleaning.

It bothers me that they don't want to have registration boxes and they let only one pay and pure failures of the machines and the workers get upset

One of my favorite supermarkets to buy Vifon brand products. Everything is very clean and organized, excellent prices, good location and their customer service is very good. Definitely highly recommended and even more so if you are looking for Vifon products, since they are always available and at very good prices.

Self checkout Mariana was very friendly. She went out her way to check an item for me to see if it was on sale since the sale price wasn't coming up and it was so she made sure to get the sale price applied. She went above and beyond, great customer service.

My favorite go2 supermarket..They have great flan deserts and found out they have tres leches Yummy!! Go check it out it has a decent vibe
