The old woman with horrible makeup and a badly done, red pixie style haircut was incredibly rude. Had a horrible attitude from the second I walked up to the jewelry counter and said I could not return a piece of jewelry without a receipt. I have never had this issue before with getting a merchandise credit. Disappointed with the service at this TJ Maxx

If you Black don’t come here!!!!!! I have been going to this store for over 7 years! I don’t know if it’s under New Management But it’s not the same two men following me around the store to see if I’m stealing but only me I was the only black woman in there at this time as a woman it made me feel very unsafe! Because I don’t know if you try to keep kidnap me or what! A week later I came back to buy two suitcases spending over a hundred dollars the cashier looked into the suitcase to see if I hade put something in one of them at check out how disrespectful was that but only did that to me another person was buying a suitcase too they didn’t check the inside of the suitcase to see if that person was stealing something guess what they wasn’t black I live around this neighborhood for years and used to live coming here but not anymore they don’t have good things like they used to all year around anymore and it’s been like this for almost three years but now how I was treated I will take my hard own money elsewhere! All people need to treated with respect and kindness this store has failed that ?

I shop here frequently. Now usually their clearance section is full of deals and most of the time it seems to be items that are being discontinued, items that aren't selling, or after holiday items in any case I normally don't have an issue with the clearance but that has seem to be changing. I have noticed a big decrease in items marked down but today I bought a salad spinner that was marked down didn't think nothing of it just thought how I was lucky to be getting it on sale. When I got it home and took the packaging off I noticed that it was all broken up to the point that it is useless. Lately I have noticed things that are either broken, or missing pieces making it unable to be used and I'm thinking why would you even be trying to sell that item.well now I know for stupid people like me that don't check the items and have faith that a store wouldn't do that lol!! Well TJ Maxx will!! Do better!!
