I received excellent customer service at this establishment. I can be a little cheap regarding myself but I can’t be living here and our streets are so bad riddled with pot holes so I would get a tire here and there but I truly needed them and the patience with my many questions and up and down was met with professionalism and no attitude for a unsure questioning customer . I appreciate the kindness patience and knowledge regarding the tires that convinced me my all around safety was more important. I will return when a new set is needed. Tire Empire has a new customer . ??

Went to this place less than a month ago for a tire. Since those days have passed I've had to fill the tire up about 4 times. I took a closer look at the tires and they were cracked severely. They tires were the wrong size so it caused my car to have issues. My tires were making several different noises they were not present until after they did my tire. I took it to another tire shop and they explained all of this. They even had to cut the tires off of the rims because they put too much sealant. So I spent over $100 with them then had to turn around and spe d over $400 to fix the issues they have caused to my vehicle. DO NOT GO HERE.

Caught a flat in a monster pothole just down the street and these guys helped me out with a used tire in a pinch. Got us in and out in less than 20 minutes, and charged a very fair price. Appreciated the fast, friendly, and honest service. Cash only.
