great customer service! I called ahead of time to make sure they'd be able to take my reception wedding dress for hemming and they were so accommodating and able to have it done within a quick turnaround time. Going back for more hemming and dry cleaning!

Great locally owned, neighborhood dry cleaning. They also do tailoring and have quick turn around times. Owners are friendly and will be my go to in bucktown area!

Moved into a nice quiet neighborhood thinking the customer service would be on par with the "big city" cleaners I've been with before and it was the exact opposite. First, the shirts weren't ready on time and still at the factory. Second, I came home with a random shirt. I can't figure out what shirt I am missing and Peter says first time in 40 years that has happened. I'll drive the extra 2 miles to go back to my other cleaners. Stay away.

If you're going to change your business hours, make sure you update them ON GOOGLE! It's 2021.... Now I'm out $70 and the suit that I can't get before I leave the state. Thanks for nothing.

As a loyal customer for almost a year, I brought in a brand new white shirt to be dry cleaned. The shirt came back stained. When I tried to discuss the matter with the owner, he screamed at me and became aggressive. I actually thought he was going to harm me. He told me that he had an IQ of 147 and that he is never wrong. I told him that I wanted to leave the store, but he continued screaming at me. In short, I will never be back here. I sincerely hope that no customers face this treatment, and I highly do not recommend this business.

I want to preface that in the wake of COVID, I wanted to support a local tailor to take in straps on a brand new, all-white jumpsuit I purchased for my bridal shower. The dropoff and fit went perfectly fine, and I picked up the jumpsuit in a matter of days - great turnaround. I picked up the jumpsuit and didn't think to try it on first in the store. It was also nearly sundown, so I may not have noticed what I saw in clear daylight. The all-white jumpsuit had been stained! It was certainly not stained before I brought in, and I was told when I picked it up that they had pressed it to get all the wrinkles out. There was a very apparent stain on the right chest, and yellowing throughout the whole jumpsuit. I brought it back in to let them know and ask for a remedy, or at least, my money back. The male employee refused to accept any fault and would not extend an apology. He consistently said "we didn't touch it - it wasn't dry cleaned." I continued to reply "But she pressed it yesterday" and he said "Only at the bottom." It was a very much he said, she said situation. He even pulled up my receipt and said "You only paid $20! Only an alteration!" as if to prove nothing else happened on their watch. It would have been nice to have a calmer, more empathetic person to understand the stain and make it right, rather than fight and throw blame at myself and where I bought the jumpsuit from.

These guys are the best. SUPER nice and friendly. I've gotten things tailored, patched and dry cleaned here and they always do a great job. I look forward to giving them more money.

I've been going here for 2 years and they're fantastic. New facilities. Nice owners. Always clean on time. Do a great job also with tailoring and with stains.
