I was pleasantly surprised by the delivery of the flowers i received from them. My boyfriend ordered them for me. The flowers were a combination of red roses, red carnations, baby breath and some greens in a clear vase with a bow. They were wrapped very well so that they would not tip over. The water in the vase was cold and the flowers have wires holding them so obviously they will stand up straight for a longer time. Ive had them for a week and there are no signs of them dying anytime soon. The only issue i had was that my boyfriend ordered them for same day delivery but they came the day after. I've had flowers delivered before from other companies but they never looked this good. Hope to definitely receive and/or purchase flowers from them again.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE F****** CRAZY!!!!! My boyfriend ordered flowers for me for VALENTINES DAY through 1-800-Flowers. They wound up showing up at my work the Monday after! Of course my boyfriend confessed to me his frustrations after I had not received the flowers that(by the way) were TINY as hell and cost him $80 dollars! The man dropping them off was also extremely forceful and rude. He insisted I "sign for the flowers" several times and would not allow any room for question! I finally signed just to get him out of my spa (where I work). My boyfriend was then informed through 1-800-flowers that he would in fact be refunded due to Tiffany's not coming through till 3 days later! So, today while I'm sitting at work I receive a call on my WORK phone from some CRAZY a** b**** "Claudia". Who began the conversation my screaming at me in broken English how she was "sending someone to my place of business to pick up the flowers and vase" that I NO LONGER HAD. She refused to let me speak even once to even hear where she was from or what her name was. After asking for the 5th time she finally told me then threatend me that I "had better be ready to give them back in a half hour or NO REFUND"!! Then hung up! Claudia is a crazy, unprofessional b**** and her business and her workers are equally as unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE! Also if you plan on using 1-800-flowers be certain to specify you do not want this company "taking care of your order"!
