Nice store, although the lighting is a bit harsh. We bought an expensive necklace as an anniversary gift. I would have expected better service in a shop that sells items at that price. We felt like customers handled in an assembly line. Good product, poor service.

What's not to love about Tiffany's? The staff is impeccable with their knowledge and kindness. The store is gorgeous. The second floor has a beautiful consultation area with couches and views overlooking the magnificent Mile. This is heaven if you love the timeless class of Tiffany's.

Had the best time here celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday with a little shopping by spree. Swanni was the best. She was patient and full of suggestions. One of the best trips to Tiffany’s we’ve had worldwide.

Lady who sold me the ring left. Ring needs repair now but the other store could not find it in my purchase history. Tiffany has the worst customer service. Once they sold you whatever, it is a done deal. Luckily, I switched to Bvlgari down the street and they actually value customer relations there.

The Tiffany & Co. store on Michigan Avenue is truly breathtaking, boasting not only stunning architecture but also the most courteous and skilled staff. My husband purchased my engagement ring from this location. When we arrived and picked out a ring, the Etoile, the lady was very sweet and polite. She complimented me on my outfit. My husband purchased a Tiffany’s bracelet for our 1 year anniversary. Thank you for the great customer service. Your products are beautiful and exquisite. I wear my Tiffany’s bracelet to Las Vegas, Hawaii, Arizona, Canada, etc. I even wear it when I fly first class because I’m an executive platinum member at American Airlines.

I recently visited the Tiffany store while started in Chicago, with the intention of finding a gift, but my encounter with consultant Yennifer was utterly disappointing. When discussing my budget and exploring options, she made an inappropriate comment suggesting I should save up more and return when I could afford the purchase. This remark was not only unprofessional but also made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. It completely ruined my desire to continue shopping there. Unfortunately, this experience was a nightmare, and I would not recommend this store to anyone.

1837 - the color of LOVE. Beautiful store inside out. Stunning pieces, one of a kind gems, jewelry to cherish!
The staff is very knowledgeable and attentive, have great recommendations and ability to find items outside their location and bring it in.
