Love this place they have great service and I recommend them to everyone. They have a great and affordable dropoff service and they have a great service if you go inside as well. Its a different and wonderful place to do laundry

Dear Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your store. I visited the store at 10:20 PM, well before the posted last wash time of 11 PM. Despite this, the employee on duty refused to allow me to wash my clothes, stating that the store was closed.
I even explained that I only needed to wash and dry my clothes without folding them, but my request was still denied. As a regular customer, I find this experience very frustrating and disappointing.
I urge you to either revise the posted working hours to reflect the actual closing time or take appropriate action regarding this incident.

Love it. Always clean, staff is helpful, and best part is I can do everything thru an app, and not worry about bringing detergent or dryer sheets with me.

My family and I came here to wash our clothes for the first time since we moved to Chicago. Our experience was FABULOUS! The clothes didn't take long to wash, nor dry. I will definitely be coming back soon! Thank you for supplying the laundry soap and fabric sheets for us. It helped us out very much! Need more Tide laundry places!

Beware there is a security guard at the parking lot
Where the Tide Laundromat is at 7558 N Western
That comes around putting stickers on your vehicle at 7:50am!!!!! Useless SECURITY GUARD when it’s BUSY they do not come around
But when the parking lot is EMPTY they want to TOW YOUR VEHICLE
Tide Laundromat is phenomenal!
Tide Laundromat addressed my concerns;

Unlike this SECURITY GUARD Allied Barton ; who wastes time on actual patrons that are spending money.
Patrol the parking lot when there are actually
Vehicles ( plural) parked instead of inconveniencing people who aren’t causing trouble
