Didn't have much time, but it seems like a well stocked clothing thrift shop next to Unabridged Book store, which I highly recommend. If you're on a tight budget The Exchange is worth a look.

Great store! I appreciate not having to pick through items from Old Navy, Target and such. If I want Old Navy and Target (which I like), then I will buy them new at those stores. What I love about The Xchange is they have a good selection of unique designer items as well as higher end brands such as North Face etc. If I were to sell here, I would sell gently used or maybe even unused higher end items and take the other things to Goodwill or donate. This store fits perfectly into its neighborhood.

10/10 great prices, great staff, great items!! Stopped here for the first time about a month ago and have been back an ungodly amount of times since. I never fail to leave with more than I need and with their prices I can't even be mad about it. Highly recommend!

Went for the first time as a recommendation. Everything seemed fine.Until the end where it went really bad. I was overcharged by the saleslady which is fine, mistakes are made BUT I was told I could not get a refund. She ended up mocking me and others and even yelled at me and another customer who was trying to help me.How are you not allowed to give refunds over HER mistakes.Mistakes are fine but only when you fix them. I was only allowed store credit. Which was given to me on an index card. This was very sketchy. I was supposed to feel ok with an index card as an IOU???How am I supposed to WANT to come back to use the store credit with such terrible service.Honestly very dissatisfied and disappointed. But gotta come back to use thisPicture of my IOU store credit as reference. No itemized receipt or nothing.

I just went in with 3 bags of clothes from places like Forever 21, Nike, Reebok, etc and within 5 minutes (and I highly doubt even looking at my clothes) he says “I don’t need any of it”. I recommend just going to Crossroads instead.

Terrible communication with customers when dropping off close to sell. They told me they would call me to pick up my clothes and never did. I had to call and they already donated my clothes. Was never able to see what my offer was and just gave me the money. Terrible service!!! Thieves is what they ARE! If zero stars was an option I would have selected that.

Awesome experience today!!! I forget the girl at the fronts name but she found me the cutest bathing suit, I'm obsessed! What a gem of a thrift store. Can't wait to go back with my friends.

Very cool little spot with a pretty solid secondhand clothing selection. The stuff here is a bit higher quality than your average thrift store. Super nice and friendly service. Will definitely come back.

This place will go out of bizz in not time. Altough the guys are pleasant enough the bizz practices are ridiculous. They expected me to leave high end labels that were barely worn, for just a couple of dollars. You better off selling in apps, ebay or just drop it in consignment stores.

Just left the store right now and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve sold clothes to them before (like north face) with tags still on and got a great deal. Yesterday, I dropped my clothes off with the same man that I’ve dealt with before and he was very nice and told me to come back tomorrow as usual. I came back today and there was this Indian male employee who told me that he didn’t even look at my clothes yet, stared at me blankly when I asked him if I should come back another day, and then he proceeded to grab the clothes out of my bags. He made two piles, One pile for shorts that were Levi and a 100% leather jacket… and the second pile for everything else. Then he told me that he would only be able to take the 3 items for $12. What??? $12 for shorts that are worth $140 total and a jacket worth over $150?? Sir, respectfully you’re rude and knocking people off. I grabbed my bags and left. That was after a customer came in with clothes to sell and the Indian man told him to leave because the clothes looked “stolen”. Rude rude rude

I thought that the selection was alright and the prices seemed fair. However, it is obviously catered to women who are size 2-4. (I can’t speak for the mens section so idk what’s going on over there). But if you aren’t a size small, there is only a handful of things to choose from. Also the place is dark and has a run-down feel. The worker was friendly.

I came in today with some clothes that still had tags on, two nice suit jackets that I have only worn once and an Old Navy jumper that has only been worn twice. Also, a huge blanket that is almost brand new. He at first said I can't take anything without even looking at me. He at first wasn't even going to open the bag, but he finally did one shuffle over a pair of sneakers and said I can't take it. And I said, OK, do you know a great place in the area I can donate? And he said yes, go out back in the alley and throw it in the dumpster. Completely rude. All of the items, an entire trash bag full, was too heavy, so I hope someone in need hit the jackpot. I didn't even want money - but I certainly didn't need the attitude.
