Shopping was great here. We saw several couches of our desired style and MANY were affordable, even for sectionals. Terry was phenomenal and very patient with our decision process. Josh helped wrap up the end and it was fast and smooth.

I worked with Ramiz at the Lincolnwood location and found him to be very patient and extremly professional. In addition, the delivery crew were great. Would highly recommend the Lincolwood location, and of course Ramiz.

Save yourself the headache and do not shop here. The sales representative was so eager to sell us a couch that he lied about the dimensions it would come in. He claimed that it would be fully broken down with the arms and pillows and different sections removed so that we could easily fit it in our home and this was not the case. It was delivered fully put together, and obviously did not fit. The delivery men were frustrated and blamed me for the error. I have called 5 times since then to try to figure out what happened and no response. Terrible customer service and a terrible experience. I wish I could give zero stars.

I’m never buying anything else from the room place I head bugs all an my furniture and customer service so unprofessional and I still I have to make payments I wouldn’t recommend

Garbage place complete waste of time. Salesman was bouncing in between customers and couldn’t complete a sale. Had a complete bed set and dresser chosen and couldn’t be helped. Piss poor customer service. Not like any room place I know or standards I am use to. Don’t waste your time like I did.

I went in and ordered a couch, a bed, a coffee table and an entertainment center. There were several delivery issues over a couple days. And then my couch was delivered missing 2 cushions, one of them the back cushion, so it's a pretty important cushion. Josh and Danielle assured me it would be taken care of, but the warehouse said the cushions were back ordered to April. And suddenly Josh and Danielle dissappeared! (I also left a message with Josh, who is the manager, to call me...crickets) Today, I got a cushion! Wrong color. Wrong shape, from a completely different couch. On hold now. Who knows what will be sent next. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Commission employees, won’t leave you alone. We went in to check out the place since we had never been and were looking for several pieces. A woman (who was nice) welcomed us in and told us the sales, then said she’d give us time to look around, but within a minute she was right behind us pestering us with questions and trying to show us things. This happened several times, so we got annoyed and left. I understand the struggle with commission based pay, but I can’t stand being stalked while I’m trying to look. The furniture seemed mediocre quality (like Value City) but overpriced. Regardless, we never had a minute to enjoy our browsing and talk to each other, so I didn’t really get a good look at anything. It was enough to not go back.

IF YOU HAD SEEN THE COMMENTS BEFORE PURCHASING “I WOULD NOT BUY HERE…”Just in the month of October we passed by that store and my wife and I decided to go in, the idea was to look for two bedroom sets, since after the floods that occurred we had a flood in our apartment and they were damagedWe bought two bedroom sets and for one we added a relaxation system for the bed, which gives a kind of massage while you rest…In the store everything was fine, but when the order arrived the disaster began, first of all those who came to install left the building's garden full of garbage from the packaging (plastics, cardboard, etc.) they installed quickly and ran out, verifying our purchase We realized that the material was not the same as what we saw in the showroom, this was more common and of a lower quality, there was a defect in one of the dressers, the handles came off easily, a scratched bed and the relaxation system It sounded horrible, instead of relaxing it stressed you out, we started calling Customer Service and they never responded, we sent an email and nothing, until we had to go in person and file our complaint with the manager, after their management they sent staff, who They changed the handles and fixed the problem with the drawer, they never solved the scraping on the other bed and with the sound of the bed's relaxation system they said it was normal ??, from then on we tried to communicate and they promised to send us a real technical since they confirmed to us that the people they sent were installers, but not technicians, but there was never a solution to anything again and because of work sometimes one puts everything aside and tries to rest, I tell you that despite having that relaxation system We don't use it because it is a real headache with how loud and unpleasant it is. We don't know whether to get rid of it or have it exhorcised. It has a fatal and detestable sound...In all, we owe thanks to Manager Melie Flores for being a great professional. I understand that she channels the claim but it is up to the company to provide a solution or not. She did what she could. Hopefully, another company will value her and take her because there. does not fit …For all this I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS STORE OR FROM ANY OF THIS COMPANY...!!!And I insist, IF I HAD READ THE COMMENTS BEFORE ENTERING I WOULD NEVER HAVE DONE ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM since they have more negative comments than positive ones.I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN
