A great time wandering thru, looking at the displays & exhibits. I really enjoyed taking my adult children & grandchildren to see all the exhibits. A great day with family.

Had a 5 year anniversary dinner at the Metropolitan! Our server, Lisa, was phenomenal. She guided us through the various menus and was always close when we needed something. The food was amazing and the views are to die for. All around a great experience.

we were 'members' in the OLD club. Maitre-de (has since retired) knew us by name. The space is now very 'modern'; nice, but not the "private club" feel we enjoyed. Food quality is good, but not spectacular. Tough competition for them all over Chicago now. We had friendly, attentive service, and were eating a little early. Small portions, only ala carte sides. (please give people at least some potatoes and/or a veggie with their duck?!). My skirt steak was a nice med-rare as requested. If managing, I would bring in a top chef, expand the menu (add sides to proteins) and REMOVE THE DAMN 20% service charge! NOT gratuity, SERVICE! We will not dine at restaurants any further with this level of add-on, that does not go to the staff. Not good business. Recommend, but only with warning about the 20% added

The Metropolitan was as wonderful as it has ever been. You just couldn't ask for any better, food, service, view or decor. We had the Theatre pric fix special which was $45.00 I thought that was very reasonable and we both loved the food. I have been coming to the Metropolitan Club for over 40 years. It was so much fun to walk thru the club and relive all my old memories.

Location in Willis Tower is excellent. 67th floor gave us great views of the city. The food was great and the service was outstanding. The reason why I gave it a fair rating overall was the fact that they hit you with a $35 fee because it's a private club, nowhere did they say this originally. They just hit you with it on the check. I felt like they were saying I was privileged to eat there. I probably won't be back because of it.

Very chill ambience and not too crowded. Food was perfect and delightful. Service was excellent. The staff really understands how to be “hospitable” and provided outstanding service.

Came to this establishment on a Friday evening. This beautiful restaurant is located inside of the Willis tower on the 66th and 67th.Getting to the 67th floor to dying does take some effort as you have to take the elevator all the way to the 66th floor and then get off and either take the stairs or another elevator one flight up. Totally worth the effort to make it up to this Elevated dining experience. The views are insane. You can see in all directions from the restaurant. We were lucky that we went on a evening where there were no clouds and we could clearly see all the way to the United center and other architectural structures. I even peeped some buildings that I had never really noticed before but had amazing lighting and so definitely drew my attention period.Onto the dining experience, we attended during restaurant week. The menu was preset. For food we got the lobster bisque, steaks & frittes, and brownie (more like banana shake) sundae. Quality of food was good. However quantity was small. I did leave slightly hungry. I enjoyed the lobster bisque But it came out slightly cooled and never really got to the temperature that I needed in a soup on a cold evening. The steak was good but portion was very small. I found the horseradish sauce on top of the steak to be overwhelming. The bread service is an additional charge however yhe bread service is an additional charge and It didn't really hit the spot.In addition to our meal we did get several cocktails at this essablishment. My husband tried both the old-fashioned and the Scotch Sour. Old-fashioned was a better choice and offered a very smokey presentation. I ordered a French Martini and it was not very cold. I had to delete my French Martini with 2 ice cubes to get up to the preferred chill temperature. For my second drink I got a Pear 75, which is a playoff of a French 75 but made with pear gin. Overall I was pleased with my cocktail experience and what it definitely ordered that Pear 75 again. For dessert our option was brownie sundae. Taste was good on the dessert but very heavy on banana no also it was more of a milkshake that in actual sundae.Service here was actually really good. We enjoyed the experience that Ramon provided. All in all I would come back for a special occasion and try other items. I bet it would be a great place to have a couple of cocktails before a show downtown. Service was 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!! Food was 4 stars. Overall venue and ambience of 5 stars.Tip: make sure you arrive earlier as you have to jump through several hoops for security purposes to get up to this restaurant. Including a meta detector.

Spectacular view! Foid was good. Service was not great. Slow to check on refilling the drinks. Forgot our appetizer - did not bill for it either. They started bringing out some of the deserts without asking everyone what they wanted. Also, be warned there is a substantial service fee of 18% that clearly states is NOT a tip.

We went on a foggy night so we missed the beautiful views. Food was not so good but i get it that these places are more about the views than the food quality. What really bothered me is the $30 “service charge” that is for “using the premises and does not go towards tip”. This is a real ripoff and it should have been mentioned when making the reservation and on the follow up emails stressing on the rules and how to get there. It's so wrong to add surprise charges to customers. Won't be back for that reason. If you want to rip people off, at least be transparent about it.

This was my final day visiting Chicago. I had to do the Metropolitan once again. It's always a treat coming up here. This time due to clouds there wasn't much much of a view. At least however the club ambiance is a winner. Recommend the turkey and ham club sandwich!

Thanksgiving Brunch was outstanding! Wonderful variety of soups, salads, seafood, beef, turkey, lots of vegetarian and gluten free options too. Delicious desserts and breathtaking views. Will definitely return. Only thing missing was some yummy crusty breads to sop up all the delicious !
