3/2024, after posting the first review I received phone calls from my attorney and my case manager. Also received a call and vm from Mr Bradly Workin whom he was very kind in the voicemail. Since then I have signed my settlement contract on 01/12/2024. Here it is 11 days later and still have not received a phone call from some Amanda lady to see where I want the check to go. When I called my case manager she advised me that Amanda says there was a lien against it so they had to wait to release it until my insurance came back rather there is a lien or not. So I called my insurance and went into my insurance office and they have stated that there is no lien and they have not received any request from my attorney or his office. You can also log into my insurance account and see that every charge is marked paid and what the care was for.This place is 100% un professional again my attorney is busy and unavailable. My case manager wanted to direct me to my attorneys voicemail because she stated to me that she has done all she could do and can’t do anymore for (which I’m sure these calls are recorded) 1-2-2023 I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. I started a work comp case with them. I was dealing with an attorney by the name of Mr Haygood. He is amazing by the way. I got a call from him in October with some information on my case. He asked if I would like to settle I told him yes. He said I can have this resolved by the end of the year (2023). Then my case was transferred to another attorney Mr Maciariello. He called me the next evening since then this case has been down hill. He called me again on November 20 2023 and asked me if a certain amount that they had went to a trial and if I wanted to settle. I told him yes. I have emails that I can add to this. I still have not received the settlement paper work to sign and let me remind you this was November 20th 2023. We are now in January 2024. I have sent emails and also multiple phone calls to the office and they always tell me him and his paralegal Danielle is un available, or they both are out of the office, or they both are on another phone call at the same time every time I call. The 20th of this month will be 60 days since I took the offer. He tried to tell me he was looking out for me and making sure there wasn’t anymore medical bills. But in an email I told him and sent him I only went to 2 different doctors and it shows there is 0$ owed to either office. He stated because of the holidays it would be around 60 days before this is complete but again they don’t respond or answer emails or phone calls and I haven’t even received the offer to sign. I have posted a review in the past about this but took it down after it caught his attention from one of his staff and he called me about it. Giving this law firm a chance to make things right but I continue to get ignored and my case is not being dealt with.

Absolutely horrible experience. I felt like my attorney works for the opposing party. He literally went to court with me to argue for the other side. Then on top of that, they refused to cover the one and only bill I had associated with the situation. Do not chose them, they do not fight for their clients!

I seen all the add on TV, so I got my ex a lawyer for her car accident. Then I got into a accident an need a lawyer they took a year to settle a small case an they only settle because I said ,I was going to another lawyer, then they settle but they took more then 33% an got more money then me the client this will not go untouched. The I called the insurance company they said the sent the check a month ago , an I call they lawyer they said my lawyer was gone an they had to sent the check back really. These people are devil an this will not go untouched

Loved it! One thing I noticed is that they were very straightforward. Honestly I'm not even just saying it. Anything they asked or anything they explained was really clear and thorough. You'd think a lawyer would talk to you in "law gibberish" but they didn't. Very direct, very easy to understand. My lawyer M. Niles was amazing! At first my settlement was kind of mediocre, but we called a little more and when I asked if it would be worth the time an effort, she gave me a straight answer and even better yet, I got MORR than she said she could! I couldn't help but smile! I wanted to tell her "Martha, your an animal!!! I love it!" But I stuck with "Your a hell of a lawyer! And I got the reaction I was hoping for, her laugh in return and gratitude in return. If you thinking wether or not you have a case, call them anyway!!! They will let you know like they did me! Now I see why they have so many good reviews! God willing there won't be a next time but if it ever rises again, I'm going straight to this firm! They really hit the nail on the head! ?

I'm very very grateful for the hard work and due diligence nThe Illinois Hammer did for me. I had hired another injury attorney and at first they took my case but a month or so later they dropped me as a client and I was so upset and thought that my case was over! I then got a hold of Illinois Hammer and they ended up getting me $20,000. It was ALOT of back and fourth with the insurance and it took awhile BUT they got the job done. They fought for me and I am very happy! Job well done.
