We used Flower Firm for our florals, decor and lighting for our wedding, and couldn't have been happier with how everything went and turned out! We had Ashley as the event lead and she was so wonderful to work with, and was able to understand my vision so perfectly! The end result was absolutely STUNNING, and Ashley was so great at communicating and responding to my many emails with questions / last minute adds. I was amazed how much her team was able to accomplish and how seamless and efficient the set up and take down process was. I originally thought we would have to hire a separate vendor for lighting, but Flower Firm does it all, and does it very well!! All good things to say, and if you get to work with Ashley consider yourself lucky!!

I use to deal with James and his clan about a decade back. he's always was big into recycling back then, like recycling the dead flowers he gets from his hotel contracts straight to your special occasion for only twice the price of what they would be fresh. I'm sure some things never change. He's also very much in support of a diversified staff, such as dividing the work among his staff by giving all the heavy manual labor to his Hispanic employees (whom he in no way exploits a language barrier for his own gain i'm shocked you would even imply such a thing!) and the nice and easy work to his Caucasian (except for his own step father) staff, it's amazing how forward thinking he was! So if you want a scrupulous product of questionable origin, sold to you by something that appears to be a reanimated mob hit wrapped in a off the rack polyester suit at an inflated price then The Flower Firm is the place for you!

All of the flowers were wilting when they arrived. We paid $3,800 for practically dead flowers and they refused to admit it was true and didn’t offer any type of refund. I can’t believe they name dropped the Pritzker family and screwed us.

Was very disappointed with my bridal bouquet. It was tiny-- basically the same size as my bridesmaids-- and in photos, it looks like I'm holding a corsage walking down the aisle. I cringe when I see the bouquet in my photos.The remaining flower colors were also very off. I asked for a brighter pink during my in person consult, saw the follow-up photos of what that would be, but was given a very different shade the day of that clashed against the ceremony backdrop.Disappointed does not begin to express how I feel. Flowers are such an integral-- and expensive-- part of a wedding and it is extremely frustrating when there is a disconnect in what you were told (and paid for) versus what you received.

We cannot recommend the Flower Firm enough! Our flowers were absolutely stunning and turned out even better than I could have hoped. We worked with Claire throughout the entire process and can't say enough great things about her - she's absolutely wonderful to work with! Claire was incredibly thoughtful and patient throughout the entire planning process and pulled together the most incredible floral design! I am admittedly not a huge flower person and did not have much of an idea of what I wanted our wedding flowers to look like when I met Claire. Luckily, Claire knew our venue very well and was able to come up with the most perfect floral arrangements for both our ceremony and reception! I am so grateful that we chose the Flower Firm and even more grateful that we got to work with Claire.

We cannot recommend the Flower Firm enough! Our flowers were absolutely stunning and turned out even better than I could have hoped. We worked with Claire throughout the entire process and can't say enough great things about her - she's absolutely wonderful to work with! Claire was incredibly thoughtful and patient throughout the entire planning process and pulled together the most incredible floral design! Ashley and Collette and the team were amazing throughout the whole process. I gave them my vision and they were able to make our wedding day beautiful. They were very flexible during the covid pandemic and their communication was stellar. They were helpful with organizing and cooperating with other vendors.
