The store staff is cocky and rude. Worst of all, anything been purchased could not be returned, whether you need it or not.They do not stand behind their products. If you buy a few things to see which one will be a right fit and bring the others back. It will be a damaged to your pocket..
It is not a good business practice. Not recommending to friends.

The most accurate and fast service from people who really know what they’re talking about. Ramon C. Was so knowledgeable about my (vintage?) faucet that I didn’t want to replace- I wanted to repair it. He found me the perfect parts and got them to me fast.
When I had an additional question he was right there to help me again, and now my 20 year old Graff faucet works like new!

Really appreciate great customer service from Faucet Shoppe. I wanted to fix my kitchen sink's leaking faucet head which I purchased almost 20 years ago in NYC. They identified the part. I was able to order it directly from them. Problem fixed! Thanks Faucet Shoppe!

10/10 Great spot and friendly and knowledgeable staff! I had an emergency and didn’t know what I needed but these guys were so helpful and showed me exactly what I needed and how to fix the problem. Will be my new store for all plumbing needs!

I contacted this business from out-of-state in the hope of finding a part for my Dornbracht plumbing fixture. They researched it for me, and sent me the part I needed. It turned out not to fit. I contacted the company and the local installation folks, and they confirmed that we had been sent the correct part. But it didn't fit. Ramon, at The Faucet Shoppe, is the only one who figured out exactly what we needed, and then called to inform me it was on its way via fedex. He was right, and our fixture is now working! Would recommend to anyone!

Be very careful ordering online with these guys. I emailed a customer service rep first, they pointed me to the "right" part and I ordered. It was not the right part and they refused to take the part back and issue a refund. I am sure they are great when everything works, but they do not stand behind their word when things don't work out perfectly. Just think twice before handing these guys your money.
No matter how they respond below, there was no attempt to resolve the issue. Just talk to make it seem like they care. Buyer beware.

I want to thank the Chicago Faucet Shoppe for their professionalism and excellent service. The 4 Pin Cable for my Kohler Verdera Lighted Mirrored Medicine Cabinet needed to be replaced. I called Kohler and spoke to one of their service representatives who told me they no longer carry that part. I searched the internet and Chicago Faucet Shoppe showed a picture of the cable. I spoke to a Chicago Faucet Shoppe service representative who took my order, and I received the replacement cable in 7 days. The light now works, and we are a happy household again.

I went in with a shower faucet problem and instead of overselling me, Adam took the time to walk me through what he thought the issue was and how I could come up with a no cost solve. Turns out he was spot on and the fix worked. Super friendly, helpful and ethical. Really appreciate this type of operation.
