Personally I was happy that a large corporation referred me to this small business owner for glasses. I also personally seen this business growth with just the transformation of this shop and now to adding a doctor. However today is the third time this business has made me feel like I need to take my business elsewhere. I have to children who wears glasses both currently have frames from this business. Both children since originally having the glasses have broken them and we've gotten new pairs from this business. 10/23 I went to get new frames because one child's glasses had broken.. 10/23 I took the frames justTo see if we could pop the lenses, she stated they needed to be ordered. I left the business 10/23 assuming my child's glasses were ordered that day @ noon 10/23. 11/6 I went back to the business to see if they glasses were there (because like I said prior, they've had broken frames and NO ONE calls to say they're ready.. making me feel indifferent about this business.. I don't wanna have to call every day or other day to see if stuff is ready for pick up) I went to see if the glasses were ready due to the length of time I went to order. The owner was not present her "staff" (who were to no help whatsoever) told me she would return from vacation the following day and to come back. I'm a working mother. Today 11/8 I get a missed called followed up with a text message saying they were calling in regards to the broken glasses, I called back no answer , called again just to see what time the business close because they often create their own schedule not the one as follows on GOOGLe and I did not want to drive for nothing again. I make it to the business before closing for the owner to tell me that she just put my sons order in TODAY! I am really livid! I don't have much energy due to me being under the weather a tad. But this Frustrated me. This really turned my day around .. my son has not been able to see at all. And this was EXTREMELY inconvenient!!' I'm so disappointed in this business. My feelings are hurt! I love to support small businesses but it's hard too when the service is mediocre like this, and my business is obviously not appreciated. Even with herONLY suggesting that she put a rush on my child's glasses it didn't even feel genuine or like it was a priority after I told her I'd been there 10/23 with her personally (the owner) she didn't recall because she was fresh off her hiatus I supposed. Im crushed nonetheless. Please do better! Im proud that I did not get combative with this woman today due to this poor service! She also did not get nasty either but she didn't have to when I'm still getting the short end of the stick having to wait MORE time for my sons glasses. My daughters frame are now broken and I just don't even wanna go thru this again. Especially when I'm doing my part as the customer !! Again the disappointment here is thru the roof ! Please do better

Our usual eye repair shop was closed so my boyfriend decided to take my lenses here to be put into my old frames. Apparently he was told the lenses did not fit into my old frames which I thought were identical to my current frames. The sales person suggested they find similar frames instead to “fix” the problem. My boyfriend was sold $60 frames for $175 and they still charged him $20 to “insert lenses”. My old lenses. When I came home from work I tried on the new frames and my lenses, that had been clear and functional now had crazing on them that happens when the protective film has been exposed to extreme heat or chemicals. They sold him poor quality frames after they ruined my lenses. Do not take your glasses here for repairs the techs do not know what they are doing.

My last two optometrist retired so I found this place fairly close to my home. The staff was so polite and patient with my toddler that I had to bring along. The Doctor was very informative and took her time with my appointment. This will be my new eye doctor going forward. I highly recommend the office. I believe the office space is a two in one. There is also a dress shop included inside which is good to know. I saw customers there for eye exams and dress fittings.
