I am not someone who writes reviews, really ever, but the service I received from Jesse was incredible!!! He was so patient and helpful - brought out two sizes in every shoe, recommended replacements when a style I was interested in wasn’t carried in my size, and kept a shining attitude throughout it all!!!Couldn’t recommend this location, or Jesse, more!!

I had an excellent experience at this Dr. Martens location. Maria was super helpful in guiding me toward the shoes that best fit what I was looking for (sandals and Mary Jane's). I love the wider fit and high quality of Docs, which is what makes me come back!

The fact that I remember the names of everyone who helped me today (Avery, Joshua, Liz) I feel is telling enough about the experience you receive by walking into Dr. Martens in Wicker. This is exactly what I want out of a Dr. Martens brick and mortar: genuine warmth, honesty, deep product knowledge. I detest going to stores in person, but it’s always worth going to this particular location. I work as a fashion stylist, I’m burnt out on sales people. All sales people worth my time seem to flock here anyway so I can honestly say that you have a loyal customer, as well as free advertising from me! Thank you for the excellent experiences.

I love Dr Martens so so much and I am disheartened by my experience in this store. My cousin and I went in to browse and fell in love with boots. They didn’t have our size in either boot, just one size down from what we usually wear. The sales associate proceeded to tell us that our feet would be fine and it would just mold to our foot. Well, a year later I can tell you that it is NOT the case and we have significant pain in our toes when wearing them (also after we take them off hours later there is pain), and trust me we have tried to break them in. We spent well over $400 here and I am disappointed. Do not let them push you into a size because it’ll “mold to your foot” because it probably won’t no matter what you try to do to make it work.

Dr Martens are great ,that being said I love them all ?This is my place when in Chicago ,staff is super helpfull and the store is on a super nice neighborhood that worth the walk .Start with the classic 1460 but at some point try a Chelsea boot ,what a game changer ,super soft and really classy .

Super happy with my experience at this location and my new boots! I never owned a pair of Docs and I decided it was my time for some new boots! Tori (who helped me) did a fantastic job of finding the perfect fit for me! We tried on two different boots, tried on insoles, different sizes, the whole shabang. I got some new laces and the balm to rub on your shoes to keep them looking nice! I'd recommend coming to this location!
